Taxi driver attacked in Huthwaite

A TAXI driver suffered a suspected broken leg after being robbed in Huthwaite in the early hours of Sunday morning (11th November).

The 24-year-old also had cash taken from his cab during the attack on Columbia Street at around 1.15am.

Two men, Sammy North (26) and Bradley North (24), both of New Street, Huthwaite, have been charged with robbery and have been remanded into custody.
