Sutton care home helps Alzheimers charity
Ashmere Care Homes in Sutton presented the Alzheimers Society with a cheque for £1136.15 following fundraising at their summer fair.
Gaynor Christian of Ashmere Care Homes said: “All the care homes took part in the fair and everyone had a great time. Some of our residents have Alzheimers and we thought it was a very fitting charity to support this year.”
The cheque was presented to Angela Richardson from the Alzheimers Society at a special coffee morning at Sutton Lodge.
