Students get a little taste of the real thing
Year 10 students from All Saints’ Catholic Academy are pictured here with employers during a mock interview day held as part of the school’s work-related learning programme.
Students completed an application form before being passed on to one of 26 employers who took part in the event.
Lesley Buet, director of support services at the school, said: “They thought it was brilliant and all kept saying ‘I would have got the job.’
“They were really quite excited.”
The event was a precursor to the students’ work experience placements in July.
