Stags case adjourned

THE court case between Mansfield Town FC and the landlord of Field Mill, Keith Haslam, has been adjourned after a hearing at Mansfield County Court today (Thursday).

The case was brought by Mr Haslam over the non-payment of rent by the club, but it will now be heard at a higher court in Birmingham sometime after 14th April.

Club chairman John Radford said that £95,000 is to be paid into an account that can be accessed by Mr Haslam’s lawyers as part of an interim agreement that means that Mansfield Town can play the rest of this season’s home games at Field Mill.
