Solicitors show that where there’s a will, there’s charity

East Midlands law firm Fidler & Pepper Solicitors is once again backing Will Aid, a national charity initiative being run during November.

During next month, people can make a consultation appointment with specialist solicitors at the firm’s offices in Mansfield and Sutton and they will not be charged the usual fee.

Instead, people will be asked to make a donation to the Will Aid group of nine charities, which include the British Red Cross, the NSPCC, ChristianAid, Age UK and Save the Children.

Mark Slade, managing partner at the firm, commented: “Will Aid is a superb way of reminding people who have not made a Will into doing so, while at the same time helping charities.

“Making a Will is one of the most important things people will ever do but it is also one of those things that is often put off, because death is not something many people want to think about.

“We take our corporate social responsibility seriously and each time we have taken part in Will Aid we have played our part in helping to raise millions for charitable causes.”

A minimum donation will be set at £90 for a single Will, and £125 for a double Will. For more about Will Aid, visit www.willaid.org.uk
