SLIDESHOW: Photos of Sutton remembrance parade
The people of Ashfield turned out in numbers on Remembrance Sunday to pause and pay their respects to those who have lost their lives in conflict.
The parade marched from Portland Square up to the St Mary Magdalene Church where the traditional service was held.
After the service, there was a two minute silence by the Cenotaph outside the church, where people also laid wreathes of poppies.
More than 1,500 people attended the moving event.
