Mr Skinner asked if “Dodgy Dave” would explain what happened to a windfall he received.

The Speaker John Bercow asked him to withdraw the word Dodgy which is deemed unparliamentary language.

The MP maintained he still refers to him as “Dodgy Dave” and told the Speaker: “Do what you like.”

Mr Bercow ordered Mr Skinner to leave the House for the remainder of the sitting and he walked out.
