Selston kids to be consulted on playground improvement plans
Young people in Selston area are to be consulted on their views on the need for better play facilities in the area.
Residents and councillors met at the Parish Hall Selston on 13th October to discuss the need for improvements to playgrounds in the area.
Councillor Gail Turner said: “We are seeking areas for funding and are consulting with schools, sports clubs, scouts and cubs to get a clear steer from youngsters about what they want.”
She said the main idea was to concentrate on one park in the area.
