Second place for Tristan in regional competition
West Nottinghamshire College student Tristan Jones has finished in the regional Childcare Skills Champion competition.
Tristan and fellow West Nottinghamshire student Britney Rayner, both 17, competed in the event with Tristan finishing second overall.
Kath Allsopp, the pair’s tutor, said: “To say that I am proud of them both is an understatement.”
