TRIBUTES have been paid to a 15-year-old Blidworth schoolboy who died suddenly last week.
Adam Jones, who was a Year 11 student at Joseph Whitaker School in Rainworth, is believed to have collapsed and died on a bus in his home village on 11th January.
His death has sent shockwaves through the close-knit Warsop Lane school, where a book of condolence is to be opened for staff and pupils to send messages of support to the teenager’s devastated family.
Headteacher Rob Martlew said he would remember Adam as a ‘quiet, unassuming lad with a good sense of humour and a ready smile’ who will be ‘greatly’ missed in school.
