Children who find busy shopping centres overwhelming can enjoy the whole Father Christmas experience in a more relaxing and calm environment.

The session will take place on Sunday December 16, from 4.30pm until 6pm, and is open to all children who prefer a quieter setting away from the hustle and bustle of Christmas shoppers.

The lights will be dimmed, and the experience will be much calmer, for any children with sensory issues.

The centre is looking forward to inviting as many families down as possible and welcomes feedback from all those who attend.

The usual charge of £4 a child per visit applies and includes a gift. The car park will be open for this extended Sunday period, and is free.
