Roving the country in aid of Macmillan
Keith and Sylvia Johnson were the driving force behind a £2,300 donation to Macmillan Cancer Charity after getting behind the wheel of their Land Rover Discovery.
The couple took part in the four-day Mac4x4 UK Challenge, covering up to 1,000 miles in all types of terrain.
They held a curry night at supporters Cinnamon Spice restaurant in Mansfield to celebrate their achievements and thank other local businesses such as PWR Property Services, A S Plant, and VDT Direct for their backing. Mansfield mayor Tony Egginton also toasted the couple’s success.
