Rotary cash for local good causes

The Rotary Club of Sutton is urging local good causes and community groups to come forward and apply for a share of funding raised from its Santa Sleigh appeal and Christmas draw event.

Every year the Rotary shares the money out to charities, clubs and groups who need some extra cash for their needs or a certain project.

John Bates, club president, said: “We simply wish to find and support local groups so they may benefit from the generosity again demonstrated by local people.
