Residents in Teversal, Stanton Hill & Skegby to be asked where they want new homes to be built in Neighbourhood Plan area
Ashfield District Council is asking residents in Teversal, Stanton Hill and Skegby where they would like new homes to be built in the new Neighbourhood Plan area.
The Neighbourhood Plan housing development survey is now available online for residents to complete.
Landowners have offered the land hatched pink on the map for development.
The online survey states: “Which of the sites would you be prepared to see built on and which would you object to?
“Sites S070 and S096 already have building permission, the others haven’t, but we still want your opinion on all of the sites.
“The Neighbourhood Plan will guide developers to the most suitable sites.
“By completing this survey you will help the Neighbourhood Plan team write the Plan’s housing policies and shape the future of the area.
“Remember - there has to be some development in the area - saying no to every site is not helpful.”
