Drink Driving

Jon Luke Kemp, 22 of Station View, Shirebrook pleaded guilty to driving with 61 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Legal limit 35 mcg. He also admitted driving without insurance. Fined £110, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20, with costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Drugs

John Robert Brown, 32 of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £180.

Paul Junior Mills, 31 of Scarrington Court Mansfield admitted possession of diamorphine and cannabis. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £60, criminal court charge of £18 and costs of £85. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Motoring

Sharon Burton, 45 of Dale Lane, Blidworth failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence contrary to the Road Traffic Offenders Act. Verdict proved in absence. Fined £600, court costs of £85.

Bryan Mark Fell, 29, of Walesby Drive Kirkby, admitted driving a vehicle while disqualified from holding or obtaining a license. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 3 months. Reason for sentence was he had a history of similar offending. Also placed on a curfew requirement between 8pm and 8am, with electronic monitoring. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £80, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £150. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.

Theft

Patrick Anthony Bust, 42, of Beacon Drive, Kirkby admitted stealing clothing, computer games a mobile phone and TV. Bust also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Victim surcharge of £80, criminal court charge of £180.

Michael James Gilbert, 24, of David Street, Kirkby pleaded guilty to stealing meat belonging to Co-op. Also failed to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court and failed to comply with a previous community order. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months. Offence aggravated by past record of dishonest. Ordered to pay compensation of £150, costs of £85 and criminal court charge of £150.

Violence

Emma Louise Noble, 32 of Corporation Street, Mansfield assaulted three PCs in the execution of their duty. Community order made for 14 days, fined £35 and ordered to pay compensation of £50 to each constable and criminal court charge of £150.

Zoe McConville, 39 of Alcock Avenue, Mansfield, found guilty of assaulting a man. Fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £50, costs of £80.

Jamie Sisson, 20 of Sycamore Close, Hucknall, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her, taking a vehicle without consent and driving a vehicle without a license or insurance. Sisson also pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards a man. He also admitted failing to surrender to bail at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. He was remanded on bail until September 4 at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court for pre-sentence reports.

Fabian Junior Sutherland, 25 of Vickers Street, Warsop admitted assaulting a woman by beating her. Remanded on bail until September 16 for pre-sentence reports.

Reasa Wood, 19 of Clumber Drive, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him. She also admitted damaging a door belonging to the defendant. She was bailed by Mansfield Police Station on September 16.

Ryan Lee Leach, 22, of Mapletoft Avenue Mansfield Woodhouse pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman. Remanded on unconditional bail to September 9 for pre-sentence reports.

Miscellaneous

Scott Richard Priestley, 35, of Eyam Close Mansfield admitted usin threatening or abusive words to a PCSO, a further offence made during a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 8 weeks imposed by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court implemented as a sentence of four weeks consecutive to burglary. Overall sentence 22 weeks.

Annmarie Mullins, 38 of Cambria Road, Pleasley,pleaded guilty to fraudulently using a credit card to purchase goods at a newsagents. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £82.45, costs of £85, victim surcharge of £15 and criminal courts charge of £180.
