Theft

Voichita Mimaeza Rauta, 42, of Yorke Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, stole household goods to the value of £25.98, belonging to Poundstretcher, and stole clothing and footwear, belonging to TK Maxx to the value of £375.90. Community order made to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £85 in prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Mia Godber, 26, Bowne Street, Sutton. Stole goods to the value of £20,22 from Home Bargains. Breach of a community order, Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and £115 victim surcharge.

Marie Sims, 42, of Beighton Street, Suton. Theft of items from Tesco and theft of items from B&M. Breach of a conditional discharge. Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £52.89 in compensation.

Violence

Terence Cixon, 32, of Limb Cresent, Sutton. Assault of a female, criminal damage and failing to surrender to custody. Community order made to attend appointments with the responsible officer or to participate in any activity as required by the officer up to a maximum of 20 days. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

Thomas Paul Smith, 18, of Prospect Street, Mansfield. Assault, threatening behaviour and breach of a suspended sentence. Community order made to include 60 hours of unpaid work in the community. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.

David Lafferty, 37, of Lindleys Lane, Kirkby. Assault of a female and breach of a conditional discharge. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £125 in compensation.

Drugs

Julie Foster, 41, of Chatsworth Street, Sutton. Production of cannabis. Community order made and fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 towards prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Clint Shane Edwards, 35, of Rosemary Street, Mansfield. Driving without insurance. Fined £660, and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for six months.

Igors Marcuks, 51, of Terrace Road, Mansfield. Drink driving. Community order made to include 120 hours of unpaid work in the community. Ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 40 months.

Robert Patrick Walsh, 30, of birth Road, New Ollerton. Failed to provide a breath specimen to police who suspected him of drink driving. Community order made to include 60 hours of unpaid work in the community and a drink impaired drivers programme. Banned from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay £200 in crown prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Amjed Jamil Almuslamina, 38, of Willow House, Alder Court, Sutton. Drink driving. Fined £530 and ordered to pay £200 in prosecution costs and £52 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Georgina Jane Mellor, 46, of Beechwood Road, Kirkby. Drink driving. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Banned from driving for 42 months. Ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and £115 victim surcharge.

Mark James Carter, 36, of Colombia Street, Huthwaite, Driving a motor vehicle without a licence and without insurance. Fined £120 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Criminal damage

Simon Peter Whitworth, 26, of Bonington Road, Mansfield. Criminal damage, threatening a police officer, threatening a member of the public and failing to surrender to custody. Community order made with a 15-day activity requirement. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.

Richard Keith frank Hill, 30, of Jubilee Road Sutton. Destroyed a window and household contents to the value of £1,000. Community order made to include an alcohol treatment requirement. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay £500 in compensation, £85 in prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Dorrinda Greaney, 45, of Cardale Road, Pleasley. Failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstance. Fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Rachel Louise Collins, 26, of Springwell Street, Huthwaite. Failed to notify Ashfield District Council of a change in financial circumstances in relation to housing benefit payments. Also failed to notify the Department for work and Pensions of a change in financial circumstances. Community order made to include 100 hours of unpaid work in the community. Ordered to pay £145 in prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Colin Gordon Holmes, 47, of Whinney Lane, New Ollerton. Failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions about a change to financial circumstances. Community order made to include 40 hours of unpaid work in the community. Ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Breaches

Barry Thomas Davis, 47, of Cherry Tree Close, Mansfield Woodhouse. Breach of a restraining order. Sent to prison for four weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

Richard Adam Radford, 30, of Beacon Drive, Kirkby. Failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison and causing damage to a motor vehicle. Sent to prison for 14 days and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

Lee Mark Brown, 37, of no fixed abode. Breach of a restraining order. Committed to prison for 45 days. Ordered to pay £50 in prosecution costs and £115 victim surcharge.

Liam Anthony Hartshorne, 22, of Sandy Lane, Mansfield. Failed to comply with supervision requirements following realease from prison. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Ryan James Yemm, 35, of The Acre, Kirkby. Breach of a restraining order and criminal damage. Conditional discharge foe six months and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Public order

Dean Adam Seagrave, 23, of Eyam Close, Mansfield. Acting in a drunken and disorderly manner at Mansfield Bus Station. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Additionally, breach of a suspended sentence imposed by Nottingham Crown Court. Case returned to relevant judge for consideration.

Jordan Shawn Harris, 21, of no fixed abode. Carrying a bladed article and breach of a suspended sentence. Sent to prison for 26 weeks for carrying a weapon and a further 20 weeks from the suspended sentence imposed on December 14, 2016.
