Theft

Owen Gamblin, aged 18, of Pembleton Drive Mansfield admitted stealing car keys and a wallet containing £10 and bank cards. He also admitted failing to surrender to Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail and the offences were committed while subject to a conditional discharge. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He was ordered to pay compensation of £30 and costs of £30.

Michael Gilbert, 26, of Victoria Street, Stanton Hill, admitted stealing spirits of a value unknown belonging to Asda on two occasions and meat joints of a value unknown from Asda. He also admitted using threatening behaviour toward a male and a female. He was committed to prison for a total of 112 days, handed a restraining order and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Violence

William Turner, 47, of Dale Lane Blidworth, admitted assaulting a man by beating. A community order was made with a 14 day curfew with electronic monitoring and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Paul Dransfield, 42, of Mansfield Road, Blidworth, admitted assaulting a woman by beating. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Stewart Marriott, 32, of Brookdale Road, Sutton, admitted assaulting a man. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Rikki Burgess, 41, of Dalestorth Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting a woman and damaging a door. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £200. A restraining order was made.

Luke Forster, 38, of Midworth Street Mansfield admitted assaulting a male. A community order was made with a curfew requirement for 12 weeks. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50and costs of £85. The offence was committed during the period of a suspended sentence order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ court. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months.

Miscellaneous

Christopher Clarkson, 33, of Aington Avenue, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act in that he failed to notify police of various social networking names. A community order was made with requirements to take part in a community sex offender group programme, with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Pawel Trzeciak, 34, of Beck Crescent, Mansfield, admitted depositing controlled waste namely furniture and general household waste. He was fined £450 and ordered to pay compensation of £94.93 and costs of £100.

James Vaughan, 33, of Netherfield Lane Meden Vale admitted depositing controlled waste, namely soil, without a permit. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Thomas Kirby, 23, of Andrew Drive, Blidworth, admitted assaulting a male by beating. The offence was committed while subject to a restraining order. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement of 18 weeks. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

David Hall, 41, of Mulberry close Mansfield, admitted harassing a woman by contacting her via text message before attending her address after he had been given harassment words of advice not to earlier that day. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 24 months. A restraining order was made and he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Motoring

Nathan Lee, 18, of BentincK Close Boughton, admitted riding a motorcycle while prohibited by a criminal behaviour order. A community order was made with a curfew requirement for three months with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Ben Hall, 25, of Cornerpin Drive, Kirkby, admitted driving while disqualified, without insurance. He was committed to prison for a total of 56 days, banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Aaron McCallum, 31, of Marlborough Road, Kirkby, admitted driving with 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, where the legal limit is 35mcg. He also admitted causing criminal damage to the front window of a house and two windows to a Peugeot car. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £310.

Florin Petrut, 30, of Newgate Lane Mansfield, admitted driving with 40 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

Drugs

Dale Rose, 40, of Pavilion Gardens, New Houghton, admitted possession of class B drugs cannabis and amphetamine. He also admitted being in possession of articles for use in connection with theft, namely a screwdriver, wire snips, torch, spark plugs and gloves. A community order was made with a 10 day rehabilitation order and a drug rehabilitation requirement of six months. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Jack Pike, 18, of Stoneyford Road, Sutton admitted driving when the proportion of a controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocanabinol exceeded the specified limit. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Kristian Norwood, 34, of Francis Street, Mansfield, admitted possessing class B drug amphetamine. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Matthew Townsend, 22, of Whatton Court, Mansfield, admitted production of cannabis. A community order was made with a 40-hour unpaid work requirement. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Alcohol

Neil Harpham, 57, of High Street, Stanton Hill, admitted being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Linday Dennis, 30, of Woodland Avenue Huthwaite, was found guilty of failing to comply with a community protection notice. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £30.
