John Kavanagh, 30, of Forest Road Clipstone admitted assaulting a PC in the course of her duty. He also admitted two charges of stealing goods worth £109.90 and £62.40 from Asda. He was in breach of a supervision default order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison for a total of 28 days suspended for 12 months.

George Greasley, 20, of Mallard Close Bilsthorpe pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating her resisting a PC in the execution of his duty. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and compensation of £200. A restraining order was made.

Sean Mason, 41, of Beechwood Court Sutton admitted assaulting a female by beating her and harassing a female. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement and a restraining order was made. There was a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Amanda Jane Hope, 40, of peafield Lane Mansfield Woodhouse, pleaded guilty to assaulting a male by beating him aggravated by hostility based on his sexual orientation. She was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Matthew Lee Clarke, 26, of Midworth Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a male and stealing a case of Strongbow cider worth £9 from Tesco. It was a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. A community order was made for £10 with compensation of £85.

Lee Jordan Spencer, 35, pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating her. It was a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. A community order was made with a 30 days accredited programme for building better relationships. There was a victim surcharge of £85 with £85 costs.

Paul Junior Mills, 34, of Carter Lane Mansfield admitted stealing an unknown amount of money from a male . He was discharged conditionally for six months with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Michael Brennan, 46, of Dove Croft Ollerton admitted stealing an iron from Boyes. he was discharged conditionally and ordered to pay compensation of £19.99 with victim surcharge of £20.

Miscellaneous

Nathan Woodhouse, 25, of Bowling Street Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour and damaging a computer screen. He also pleaded guilty to being on a road, namely Rock Hill in Mansfield when it was dangerous to do so. The offences were committed during a suspended sentence order. He was committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks.

Josua Aiden Hind, 21, of Lord Street Mansfield admitted harassing a male and failing to surrender to bail at Mansfield Police Station. The offences were made against PCSos doing their job in the town centre, and whilst on post sentence supervision, aggravated by his record. He was committed to prison for a total of six weeks. A criminal behaviour order prohibiting entry into Mansfield town centre for two years was also made.

Lee Joseph Good, 32, of Bainbridge Road, Warsop admitted deposited bags of household waste on Oakfield Lane, Mansfield without an environmental permit. He was fined £200 with £96.59 with £30 victim surcharge.

Chantelle Jade Morris, 23, of Scarrington Court Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour towards a male. It was a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. She was fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Motoring

David John William Fisher, 24, of Vale Road Mansfield Woodhouse admitted driving with 104mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He also pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must take part in an accredited program for 14 days and carry out 120 hours unpaid work. he was ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Paul George Day, 50, of Lindley Avenue Sutton addmitted driving with 98 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, without a licence or insurance. A community order was made with a 150 hours unpaid work requirement £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Aklex Matthew Fronczac, 26, of Marples avenue Mansfield Woodhosue admitted driving with 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, without a licence of insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months with a rehabilitation requirement of 10 days, with £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Lee Haywood, 29, of Jephson Road Sutton, admitted driving with 43 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £346 with £34 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Andrew Brown, 31, of Midworth street Mansfield admitted possessing cannabis. He was fined £40 with victim surcharge of £30.
