Theft

Jamie Peter Cooke, 32, of Sutton Road, Sutton was found guilty of jointly with another defendant, stealing a Skoda Octavia car and dishonestly receiving a Toyota Yaris car. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates Court. He was committed to prison for a total of 28 weeks, with £115 victim surcharge.

Kate Draycott, 32, of Carsic Road Sutton admitted stealing Persil laundry tablets worth £47.92 from Pound Stretcher. She was committed to prison for four weeks. The offence was so serious because of her record and being recalled on Home Office licence. There was a victim surcharge of of £115.

Jordan Brooks, 22, of Third Avenue, Clipstone admitted damaging a motor vehicle to the value of £1,000. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £1650 with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Dean Peter Shaw , 18, of Greenway, Forest town admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rebecca Louise Newall, 25, of Highfield Road Clipstone admitted causing racially aggravated harassment at the Pit Stop off licence Mansfield Road, Clipstone. She was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Anderson, 21, of Strawberry Bank Huthwaite pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of a driving offence. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £500 with £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. The offence was committed during a suspended sentence imposed by Nottingham Crown Court.

Peter Brown, 25, of Rowan Drive Kirkby admitted driving with 65mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £350 with £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge.

Richard Lee Norris, 49, of Fourth Avenue, Rainworth admitted driving while disqualified. He was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months with a £115 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Emma Evans, 24, of Mary Street, Kirkby was found guilty of failing to stop after an accident where damage was caused to another vehicle and failing to report th incident. She was also found guilty of driving without due care and attention. She was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £660 with victim surcharge of £66

Sheldon Beaumont Williams,22, of Epperstone Court Mansfield admitted possessing cannabis. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Persaud, 51`, of Stevenson Crescent Sutton admitted harassing a female by sending multiple messages by email and letter. He was committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 24 months and given a restraining order, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

George Ogilvie Stevenson, 52, of Sandy Lane Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour. He ws fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Herbert Atkin, 51, of Longstone Way Mansfield admitted using threatening behaviour and failing to surrender to bail at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with costs of £85.
