BREACH

Steven Burgess, aged 23, of Frith Grove, Mansfield. Given a suspended sentence of 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to complete 19 days of rehabilitation activity for breaking an original suspended sentence for the possession of class A drugs.

Clint Pickering, aged 35, of Charlsworth Court, Mansfield Woodhouse. Committed to 14 days in prison for failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from a previous period of imprisonment.

Zack Moult, aged 23, of Chesterfield Road North, Pleasley. Ordered to repay £10 per fortnight commencing July 27 for the non-payment of a fine totalling £652.37.

DRUGS

Robert Loysk, aged 21, of Nightingale Drive, Mansfield. Had in posession a quantity of methamphetamine, a controlled drug of class A, and amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, costs of £85 to the Crown, and fined a further £100 to be paid £25 per week commencing September 16.

THEFT

Donna Mason, aged 40, of Lansbury Gardens, Mansfield. Stole electrical goods to an unknown value from B&M Store on Stockwell Gate, and toiletries to the value of £119.98 from Boots. Community order. Maximum of 15 days rehabilitation activity, fined £60 and deducted from benefits.

Robert Shepherd, aged 43, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield. Entered as trespasser into Aunty Sue’s Day Care, stealing a white iPhone 5 to the value of £60, and Health on Hand, stealing electrical items to the value of £1160. Community order made. Ordered to pay a surcharge of £85.

Anne Taylor, aged 47, of Trusley Walk, Mansfield Woodhouse. Stole a bottle of wine to the total of £5.29 from B&M, Mansfield. Conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

OBSTRUCTION

Jordan Manthorpe, aged 19, of Elder Street, Sutton. Wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fined £108 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £30 and costs to the Crown of £300. Benefits to be deducted by £438.

MOTORING

Ricky Butler, aged 20, of Church Road, Clipstone. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol that exceeded the prescribed limit at 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 17 months unless taking a driving course, and ordered to pay a £300 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
