Violence

Anton Surima, 42, of Sherwood street Huthwaite admitted assaulting a female causing her actual bodily harm. He was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. Alcohol featured and a stool was used as a weapon. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and an unpaid work requirement of 200 hours. He was ordered to pay compensation of £500, victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

David George Hartley, 50, of Trinity Road, Edwinstowe admitted assaulting a female by beating her and using threatening behaviour towards a female. He was committed to prison for four months due to prolonged nature of the incidents which aggravated each other. He was ordered to pay victim surcharge of £115.

Patrick Michael Turner, 29, of Smith Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting two males by beating them. He also pleaded guilty to damaging glasses belonging to one of the victims. A community order was made with a community order with a curfew and electronic monitoring for two months. There was an unpaid work requirement of 200 hours within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150 with £85 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Dale Alan Goucher, 31, of Skegby Road Kirkby admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty. A community order was made with a curfew requirement for two months with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Daniel Krzystof Mitek, 24, of Lord Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating her. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks and a restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Theft

Colin Speirs, 44, of Ratcliffe Gate Mansfield admitted stealing vitamin tablets worth £10 from Rowlands Pharmacy. He was fined £350 with compensation of £10 and costs of £85.

Lee Michael Clowes, 33, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield, pleaded guilty to staling tools from a vehicle of value unknown belonging to Autoglass. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with victim surcharge of £20.

Amy Xanvanzandt, 46, of Mount Pleasant, Sutton, admitted stealing a 1959 BSA motorcycle worth £3,000. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £3050 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Scott James Hufton, 37, of Bilborough Road Mansfield admitted stealing a Wii Balance board, PS3 games, a DVD, a torch, a remote control and a Mario Brothers figure to a value unknown belonging to Nottingham County Council. He was fined £180 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Miscellaneous

Thomas Dominic Grogan, 38, of Windsor Road Selston, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £20.

Ricky Jordan Wallington, 20, of Outram Street Sutton pleaded guilty to having a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason. The offence was aggravated by alcohol and he was subject to a court order at the time. He was committed to detention for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Daniel Trainor, 28, of Redgate Close Mansfield, admitted damaging a Fiat Scudo taxi, value of damage unknown. He was fined £200 with compensation of £716.45, victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Craig John Robertson, 41, of Terrace road, Mansfield pleaded guilty to loitering in Mansfield town centre whilst prohibited by a criminal behaviour order. The offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. He was committed to prison for a total of 42 days with £115 victim surcharge.

Daniel Ben Collis, 39, of Whinney Lane Ollerton admitted being the owner of a dog, a white male terrier called Diesel which was dangerously out of control and injured a female. An order was made for the dog to be destroyed unless an appeal is lodged within the next 21 days. He was committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to comply with a thinking skills programme for 30 days and to pay £500 compensation, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £250.

Kyle Hollingsworth, 26, of Billborough Road Mansfield admitted unlawfully damaging a door . He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Craig John Robertson, 41, of Terrace Road Mansfield pleaded guilty to being on Clumber Street Mansfield, whilst prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order made by Mansfield Magistrates Court. The offence was committed within 48 hours of being released on licence from a custodial sentence imposed for an identical offence. He was committed to prison for 21 days suspended for 12 months, with victim surcharge of £115.

Motoring

Jack Harry Bragan, 18, of Petersmith Drive, Ollerton admitted driving with 61mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £250 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kevin Dunleavy, 53, of Station Road Rainworth pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis having been suspected of being in charge of a vehicle. He was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Lee Thomas Hannah, 28, of the Twitchell, Sutton admitted driving with 58mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £323 with victim surcharge of £32.

Threats

Bradley John Dawes, 23, of Mayfield Street, Kirkby was found guilty of using threatening behaviour towards a female. A community order was made with a 60 hours unpaid work requirement within the next 12 months . He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 with £85 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Godfrey Cilia, 68, of Grange Farm Close Sutton pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a Police constable which was racially aggravated. He also admitted breaching a community protection notice by being abusive and threatening and breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Northern Derbyshire Magistrates Court.

In addition he pleaded guilty to having an unloaded air weapon in a public place. He was committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Breach

Terri Louise Lumley, 37, of Pickard Street Mansfield admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court . She was committed to prison for eight weeks

Drugs

Richard Fryer, 28, of Heather Way Mansfield admitted possessing cocaine and MDMA. The offence was carried out whilst subject to a crown court suspended sentence order

imposed in November 2017. He was fined £300 with £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
