Shaun Kenneth Paul Morris, 46, of Millbrook Hospital, King’s Mill hospital admitted assaulting a male by beating him. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with compensation of £50 and victim surcharge of £20.

Callum Joseph Oli Steele, 27, of Regent Street, Sutton pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating her. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and an order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and an accredited programme for 30 days. It was a further offence committed whilst subject to a conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and victim surcharge of £115, and costs of £85.

Kie David Dennis Taylor, 32, of Moor Street Mansfield admitted assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty. He also pleaded guilty to stealing an Apple Mac Air and £213.38 in cash at Kev’s Fish Bar Mansfield; and Stealing £40 cash , meat, a green body warmer and cigarettes and lighter from The Spice of Canton. He was committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months, with an alcohol treatment requirement of six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days, with compensation of £40.

Jeffrey McKeever, 49, of Dove Croft Ollerton admitted assaulting a female by beating her. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Jerome Webster, 32, of Sherwood Avenue Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a male. He was committed to prison for a total of 16 weeks. Offence aggravated by defendant’s record of previous offending.

Curtis John Staley 29, of Bagshaw Street Pleasley admitted assaulting a female by injuring her ear whilst attempting to grab her mobile phone. He also admitted driving wit 81 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for two years. The defendant must comply an a credited programme for 30 days, a building better relationships programme and an unpaid work requirement of 150 hours within the next 12 months. A restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50 with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £300.

He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Joshua Reece Dawson, 18, of Downing Street, Sutton was found guilty of assaulting a female by beating her and a male by beating him. He also admitted damaging a vehicle. A community order was made with a thinking skills programme for 30 sessions, a rehabilitation activity requirement and unpaid work of 100 hours was imposed as were costs of £620 compensation of £120 and victim surcharge of £85.

Theft

Andrew James Jackson, 39, of Longstone Way Mansfield admitted stealing a Nike sports top worth £39.99 from Sports Direct. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge.

Lee Craig Johnson, 35, of Willow Crescent Sutton, admitted to two charges stealing tins of salmon worth a total of £31.66 from Poundstretcher. and chocolate worth £8.97 from WH Smith. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a female. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. He was ordered to pay 31.66 compensation for the salmon and £85 for the threat offence.

Kayleigh Hannah Bills, 27, of The Hill Kirkby, admitted stealing £70 of meat from Tesco; food and meat of an unknown value from the Coop and items of food valued at £130 from the Coop. She also pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of perfume and four bottles of body lotion worth £238.50 from Cosmetic Store; a pair of Nike trainers valued at £94 from Nike stores Ltd and packs of meat of an unknown value belonging to Cooperative stores. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months. She was ordered to pay compensation to the value of the goods stolen.

Miscellaneous

Lee Michael Clowes, 33, pleaded guilty to having a butterfly knife in a public place without reasonable excuse. He was committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months. The court heard he had previous convictions for knife offences. He also admitted having an article in connection with theft. He must comply with a supervision requirement for 12 months, four months with electronic monitoring; and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Laura Frances Quimby, 27, of Shireoaks court Mansfield pleaded guilty to sending emails to a male and female which she was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made by Nottignghamshire Family Court. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 25 days and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Shane Ernest Groves, 25, of Hazel Street Sutton admitted damaging a public house window to the value of £507.40 at the Fox and Crown public house. he was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and compensation of £507.40 and costs of £85.

John Housley, 38, of Cookson Street, Kirkby admitted harassment by sending a female several text messages of an offensive and upsetting nature. A community order was made with a 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. A restraining order was made. He was fined £60 with victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Motoring

Daniel James Collins, 37, of Berry Hill Lane Mansfield admitted failing to driving without care and attention and failing to stop and report an accident after his car caused damage to another vehicle. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement of 80 hours within the next 12 months victims surcharge of £85 and cost of £85.

Jessica Morely, 22, of Vera Crescent Rainworth admitted driving with 78 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35 mcg. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Colleen Johnson, 41, of Sixth Avenue Clipstone admitted driving with 70 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £200 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

Adam Thomas Willetts, 28, of Eler street Sutton admitted failing to attend assessment after class A drug cocaine was round to be present in his body. He was fined £130 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Luke Tomlinson, 34, of New England Way Plasley admitted failing to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order. The suspended sentence was varied . He was committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Ryan Harris, 29, of Sywell Close Sutton admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Central London Magistrates’ Court. A suspended sentence of six weeks suspended for 18 months was implemented as a sentence of four weeks.
