James Michael Roebuck, 24, of Halam Close Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a female causing actual bodily harm. She was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. She was ordered to comply with a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 compensation of £1,000 and costs of £85.

Kyle Niki Gittins, 23, of Fourth Avenue Clipstone Village was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. A community order was made with a programme requirement of a building better relationships course and a rehabilitation activity requirement with 180 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. She was ordered to pay £300 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Kyle Anthony Broome, 30, of Wrightson Close Sutton admitted stealing wash tablets worth £18.94 from Home Bargains, six meat items valued at £84.04 from Asda, Jack Daniels worth £120 from Asda,

Groceries to a value of £50 from Asda, meat worth £160 from Co-op and whisky valued at £60 from Morrisons. A community order was made with a four week curfew requirement with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation to the value of the stolen goods.

Carl Matthew Airey, 47, of Jubilee Road, Sutton admitted stealing three Veet sensitive precision beauty stylers worth £75 from Wilkinsons, meat products worth £100 from Asda, meat products worth £85 from Asda. He also pleaded guilty to unlawfully carrying a kitchen knife and a flat blade screwdriver. The offences were committed while a community order for an offence of assault by beating was in force. He was committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85 and compensation of £25.

Miscellaneous

Nicki Stephen Hartwright, 37, of Tichfield Street Mansfield admitted having articles for use or in connection with a theft, namely a chisel or two torches. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been release on bail. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months, with £85 victim surcharge.

Lee Ronald Walters, 35, of Rosemary Street Mansfield pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a male. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months the offence was committed whilst subject to a conditional discharge. he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Joseph Michael Askin, 27, of Worcester Avenue Mansfield Woodhouse admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £200 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was fined £200 with £30 victim surcharge.

Curt Wilson Barlow, 50, of Station Road, Clipstone admitted possessing 1265.50g of cannabis. He was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Alcohol

Chantelle Jade Morris, 24, of Carter Lane Mansfield pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place and failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £40.
