Violence

Simon peter Sheffield , 43, of Southwell Road East Rainworth,admitted assaulting a male. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and victim surcharge of £20.

Daniel Bills, 32, of The Hill Kirkby admitted assaulting a male, stealing 15 packs of steak valued at £90 from the Co-op and spirits of a value unknown from Morrisons, meat to the value of £25 from the Co-op, steak worth £24 from the Co-op, 10 packets of cheese from the Co-op meat worth £50 from Asda and a case of Captain Morgans alcohol of a value unknown from Morrisons. He was committed to prison for a total of 10 months.

Paul Damien White, 42, of Willow Gardens Sutton pleaded guilty to assaulting a female by beating. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and a restraining order. He was ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Anthony Smedley-Males, 26, of Berry avenue, Kirkby admitted assaulting two females by beating them and stealing £60 belonging to a female. He also admitted damaging several windows and a front door. The offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days with an unpaid work requirement of 60 hours within the next 12 months. A restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay £310 costs and compensation of £250.

Joshua Sanders, 20, of Princess Avenue Warsop was found guilty of assaulting a male by beating him. A community order was made with an 80 hours unpaid work requirement, costs of £300 and victim surcharge of £85.

Theft

Deborah Louise Betts, 51, of Edward Street Kirkby admitted stealing a TV worth £349 from Tesco, failing to surrended to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court and failing to attend assessments after class A drug cocaine was found in her body. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Darren Timson, 40 of Sandy Lane Mansfield admitted stealing aftershave from Boots. He was committed to prison for four weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £162.60. Offence serious because of previous record.

Paul Leslie Morris, 32, of Shirland Drive Mansfield admitted stealing three Lego sets and key rings valued at £99.95 from Smyths Toy Store. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Jordan Welch, 22, of Wood Lane, Shirebrook admitted stealing fragrance worth £30 from Boots. He was discharged conditionally for six months with £30 compensation , victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Motoring

Tracy Siddall ,52, of Moor Street Mansfield admitted driving with 115 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35 mcg. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

Lynden Wykes, 59, of Big Barn Lane Mansfield admitted driving with 64mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £448 with £85 costs and £44 victim surcharge.

Sandra Sleate, 54, of Darlton Street Mansfield admitted driving a motor vehicle with 78mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 40 months fined £120 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Mitchell Kevin Reece Petch, 19 of Chesterfield Road North, Pleasley admitted driving while disqualified. A community order was made with a 30 day programme requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Talwinder Singh, 42, of Clipstone Road West Forest Town, admitted failing to produce a sample of breath for analysis. He was fined £257 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Brett Lee Ryan Huntley, 25, of Newcastle Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to making threats towards a female. A community order was made for 15 days and he was fined £80 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £85.

Drugs

Stephen Francis Scullion, 32, of Chatsworth Street Sutton pleaded guilty to possessing class B drug Mamba. He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £40.

Breach

Craig Brooks, 48, of Whitewater Road New Ollerton admitted contacting a female while prohibited by a restraining order. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. It was a further offence during a suspended sentence order period. He was committed to prison for a total of 46 weeks and the restraining order was varied.
