Violence

Richard Betts, 33, of Stoneyford Road Sutton was found guilty of assaulting a female and a male by beating and sending threatening text messages. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 20 days. He was fined £100 with £85 victim surcharge and £400 costs. A restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay compensation of a total of £300.

Cherrelle Wright , 24, of the Twichell, Sutton admitted assaulting a female by beating her. She also admitted damaging a TV valued at £1,700 belonging to a male. A restraining order was made and she was fined £475 and ordered to pay compensation of £80 with victim surcharge of £47 and costs of £300.

Ashley Stephen Barnes, 33, of Eckington Walk Mansfield pleaded guilty to stealing goods valued at £122.92 from Asda. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Kate Draycott, 32, of Carsic Road Sutton admitted stealing seven bottles of Dior perfume worth £530 from Debenhams. She also admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend as instructed. She was committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks Offence so serious because offended during a suspended sentence order and a community order, offending to fund drug habit. She was ordered to pay compensation of £115.

Stephen John Feeley, 42, of Newcastle Street Huthwaite admitted stealing baby clothing of value unknown from Asda, a bar of chocolate worth £3.50 from Asda and four jars of coffee worth £11.56 from B&M Bargains. He was committed to prison for a total of 11 weeks with compensation of £11.56.

Simon Wayne Foulkes, 36, of Edingley Avenue Mansfield admitted entering a garage and stealing tools of value unknown. He also pleaded guilty to stealing a wallet. He was committed to prison for a total of 112 days with victim surcharge of £115.

Stephen John Feeley, 42, of Newcastle Street Huthwaite was found guilty of non-payment of fine of £115 and £761. He was committed to prison for seven days for the first offence and 14 days consecutive for the second.

Jack Christopher Keeling, 21, pleaded guilty to breaching a banning order under the football spectators act by failing to comply with a requirement to keep out of the defined area i Mansfield. Paul Ronson, 41, of West Bank Wynd, Mansfield pleaded guilty to driving with 64mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, where the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £440 with £85 costs.

Danny Clarke, 27, of Greendale Crescent admitted driving with 57 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £280 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving license for 36 months and fined £280 with £85 costs and victim surcharge of £30.

John Ross Draycott, 29, of Ashfield Road Sutton admitted driving with 102 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving or 28 months. A community order was made with an accredited programme for 30 days, a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Neil Jackson, 45, of Wallis Road Mansfield admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates Court. He was committed to prison for si weeks suspended for 12 months, with costs of £60.

Simon Wayne Foulkes, 36 of Edingley Avenue Mansfield pleaded guilty to failing to attend an initial assessment to establish if he was dependent on a class A drug following analysis of a blood sample. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge.

Wayne Christopher Harvey, 39, of Western Avenue Kirkby admitted possession of class B drug amphetamine. He was fined £50 with £85 costs.
