THEFT

Craig Ray (36), Jubilee Road, Sutton. Caught with articles in connection with theft of motorvehicles. Fined £165 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Emma Crowder (32), Burnside Drive, Mansfield. Stole groceries to the value of £24.25, belonging to Tesco. Stole chicken, to the value of £3.77 belonging to Asda. Jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months.

MOTORING

Matthew Thompson (47), Wood Lane, Church Warsop. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £400 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

Sean Leivers (46), of Little Barn Lane, Mansfield. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorsed with six penalty points. Fined £160 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Viktor Rajna (32), Station Road, Mansfield. Drove a motorvehicle in excess of the speed limit. Licence endorse with five penalty points. Fined £140 and made to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

FRAUD

Nadine McLeary (34), Lower Meadow Lane, Huthwaite. Failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to income support. Failed to notify Ashfield District Council of a change in her circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing and council tax benefits. Given three-month curfew with electronic tag between 8pm-7am. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £40 court costs.

ASSAULT
