Simon Frank Ward (41) of Dorchester Drive, Mansfield admitted failing to attend an initial assessment to establish misuse of a Class A drug. Fined £30, victim surcharge £20, criminal court charge £150.

Patryk Lubinski (33) of Jephson Road, Sutton pleaded guilty to production of cannabis. Fined £200, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85.

Duane Marcel Murphy (36) of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield admitted possession of cannabis and failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. Fined £70, victim surcharge of £20, criminal courts charge of £180, costs £85.

Kieran Dean Auld (19) of Valley Road, Bilsthorpe pleaded guilty to the possession of cannabis. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement of 40 hours. Victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £180.

Theft

Michael Lee Arnold (26) of Bentinck Street, Hucknall admitted stealing alcohol worth £9.79 from Aldi. Committed to prison for seven days. Offence so serious as defendant recalled and is a serving prisoner due to his record of previous convictions. Compensation order for £9.79, criminal court charge of £150.

Terri Marie Ellam (35) of Iron Cliff Road, Bolsover, admitted stealing cosmetic type items valued at £26.99 from TKMAXX. Discharged conditionally for 6 months, victim surcharge £15, costs of £85, criminal court charge £150.

Abigail Smith (27) of Farndale Road, Sutton stole meats to the value of £37 from Coop Store. Discharged conditionally for 6 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £18.50.

Richard James Alan Talbot (28) stole two sides of beef worth £20 from Asda. Fine £75, compensation £20, costs of £40, criminal court charge £150.

Joanne Louise Taylor (26) of Crompton Road, Bilsthorpe, stole selection of meats valued at £37 from Coop supermarket. Sent to prison for 2 weeks consecutive to activated sentence. Offence so serious because committed whilst on suspended sentence for a similar matter. Victim surcharge of £80.

Mark Lee Gwynne (38) of Sutton Road, Huthwaite admitted stealing whiskey valued at £63.98 from Morrisons, and failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was found guilty of assaulting a man. A community order was made for 80 hours unpaid work, compensation of £50, victim surcharge of £60.

Steven Gordon Hannah (32) of Maltby Road, Mansfield stole a bottle of vodka valued at £11.99 from Band M Bargains. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £11.99.

Violence

Desmond Joseph Peppard (66) of The Ridings, Forest Town admitted assaulting a woman by beating. Discharged conditionally for 6 months, victim surcharge of £15, criminal courts charge of £150.

David Dallison (34) of Bannerman Road, Kirkby assaulted a female by beating, changed initial plea to guilty. Fined £50, costs of £250.

Martin Slater (29) of The Hay Fields, Rainworth pleaded guilty to driving a Renault Megane with 82 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood while disqualified and without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 3 years, community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Victim surcharge of £60,costs of £85.

Ryan Marcus Clarke (24) of Sandhurst Avenue Mansfield, admitted driving a Huyundai i20 with 93mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, without insurance and taking without consent of the owner. Community order made for 80 hours unpaid work, disqualified from driving for 24 months, victim surcharge £60, costs of £85.

Shaun Davis Massey (50) of Coopers Rise, Rainworth admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fined £125, victim surcharge £20, costs £85, criminal court charge £150.
