Criminal Damage

Peter Insley, 35, of Booth Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted damaging fixtures and fittings worth £1,200 belonging to a housing association, and stealing a fridge freezer. He was given 120 hours community service and made to pay £500 compensation.

Theft

Simon Frank Ward, 42, Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing two Bluetooth speakers from Maplins worth £159 and was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Mark James Meikleham, 35, of no fixed address, admitted stealing stole aftershave worth £43 from Debenhams and possessing heroin. He was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Jamie Potter Richards, 32, of Gladstone Street, Kirkby, admitted stealing diesel and was given a community order with drug rehabilitation, made to pay £25 compensation and £145 in costs;

Daniel James Walker, 39, of Simpson Road, Mansfield, admitted stealing £2,653 from a salon and an electric toothbrush from a pharmacy worth £25. He was jailed for 18 weeks and made to pay £320 in compensation;

Jonathan Gordon Alletson, 30, of College Street, Riddings, admitted stealing protein powder from Boots worth £53 and was jailed for 11 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Dale Shaw, 35, of Lime Street, Kirkby, admitted stealing £1 worth of chocolate, £30 worth of razors and £135 worth of make-up from Wikinsons. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay £251 in compensation and costs;

Rafal Nagadowski, 28, of St Michael’s Street, Sutton, admitted stealing whisky worth £35 from Morrisons and was given an 18-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs;

Timothy Andrew Wormall, 37, of Worcester Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted stealing foot care products worth £8 and perfume worth £10 from a pharmacy, and £500 from a female. He was given a community order with drug rehabilitation and made to pay £518 compensation;

Christopher Morton, 39, of Eckington Walk, Mansfield, admitted stealing two vehicle batteries worth £250 belonging to Ascus Ltd, a water tank worth £700 belonging to Newark District Council and failing to surrender to custody. He was given 12-weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months and made to pay £200 compensation to Ascus Ltd.

Motoring

Jake Deakin, 23, of West Hill Drive, Mansfield, admitted not wearing a seat belt while driving a Peugeot and was fined £85 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Phillip Pendered-Wright, 39, of Sherwood Street, Warsop, admitted running a red light in a Renault Megane and was fined £145, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Daniel Michael Taylor, 33, of Kighill Lane, Ravenshead, admitted using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a VW Golf and was fined £65, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Lee William Palmer, 36, of Brookland Avenue, Mansfield, admitted riding a Suzuki motorbike at 74mph in a 30mph zone and was banned from 42 days, fined £170 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Paul David Spate, 30, of Slant Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse admitted not wearing a seat belt while driving a Ford Transit and was fined £80 and made to pay £20 in costs;

Alastair Mark Green, 36, of Portland Way, Clipstone, admitted using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a Citroen and was fined £80, given three penalty points and made to pay £20 costs

Marc Lee Birkin, 35, of Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby, was found to have been using a mobile phone while behind the wheel of a Ford Transit and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Violence

Chelsea Wilkie, 22, South Avenue, Rainworth, admitted assaulting two females and was given a community order with six months curfew, made to pay £250 in compensation and £100 costs;

Mark Cheshire, 48, of Bishop Street, Mansfield, admitted having a baseball bat in a public place and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was given 100 hours community service, made to pay £100 compensation and £145 in costs;

Jamie Paul Zurek, 40, of Third Avenue, Rainworth, admitted obstructing a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was fined £180 and made to pay £62.50 in costs;

Przemyslaw Nagadowski, 29, of Westbourne Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having a lock knife and an asp in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. He was given 100 hours community service and to pay £360 in costs;

Joanne Evans, 36, of Swinton Copse, Boughton, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting another female and admitted two counts of failing to surrender to custody. She was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £100 compensation and £100 costs.

Drugs

Lewis Adam Chamberlain, 20, of Merryvale Drive, Mansfield, admitted possession of cannabis and was fined £230 and made to pay £108 in costs.
