Drink Driving

Fabrizio Marzioni, 28, of Fourth Avenue, Forest Town, admitted having 49mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a BMW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £260 and made to pay £111 cost;

Samuel Joseph Adams, 22, of East Street, Warsop Vale, admitted having 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a VW. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months and made to pay £210 in costs;

Edward Leo Corcoran, 37, of Kingfisher Way, Ollerton, admitted having 51mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Transit. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs.

Theft

Lynda Simone Lucy Smith, 35, of Church Street East, Pinxton, admitted stealing purses worth almost £200 from TK Maxx, a handbag worth £149, perfume from Boots worth £181 and assisted in the retention, removal, disposal of clothing and dog shampoo worth almost £122. She was jailed for 17 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Adam Moss Wass, 39, of Woodfield Road, Pinxton, admitted stealing a handbag from TK Maxx worth £149 and perfume from Boots worth £181. He was jailed for 17 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Michael Bean, 32, of Carter Lane, Mansfield, admitted stealing DVDs and computer games worth £346 from Asda and failing to give a drugs sample. He was jailed for 16 weeks ad made to pay costs of £80;

Perovs Konstanins, 42, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield, had screwdrivers and allen keys in his possession in connection with theft. He was given 80 hours community service and made to pay £145 in costs.

Violence

Kamyn Alexander Godber, 22, of Bowling Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting another male and a female. He was jailed for 84 days and made to pay £80 costs;

Benjamin William Edwards, 38, of Popular Grove, Church Warsop, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting two females and damaging ornaments worth £40. He was given a community order with 60 hours community service, made to pay £360 in compensation and £520 in costs;

Stephen John Feeley, 40, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a female and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs;

Jaycie Lee Brown, 26, of Westbourne Close, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting another female and was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months and made to pay £165 in costs;

Michael Kenneth Vince, 57, of Edison Street, Kirkby, admitted assaulting another man given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £135 in costs;

Robin Nicholas Harrison, 42, of Mayfield Street, Kirkby, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and admitted drink driving - having 134mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Mondeo. Then legal limit is 35mcgs. He was jailed for 20 weeks and made to pay £80 compensation.

Criminal Damage

James Kemp, 30, of Ridgeway, Langwith Junction, admitted damaging a Jaguar and was made to pay £360 compensation.

Garry David Machin, 44, of Lindley Street, Selston, admitted driving a Mercedes Sprinter while using a mobile phone and was fined £150, given three penalty points, and made to pay £20 costs;

Carl Wayne Coupe, 42, of Edison Street, Kirkby, was found to have driven a Vauxhall while not wearing a seat belt and was fined £220. The case was proved in his absence;

Natalie Hilton, 25, of Ocean Drive, Warsop, was caught driving a Chevrolet at 45mph in a 30mph zone and was fined £440, given five penalty points and made to pay £129 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Robert Owen, 38, of Saffron Street, Forest Town, was found to have not worn a seat belt while driving an LDV and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs. The case proved in his absence;

Dean Ward, 27, of Sutton Road, Kirkby, was found to have not worn a seat belt while driving a Ford Focus and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs. The case proved in his absence;

Claire Louise Brown, 37, of Melbourne Street, Mansfield Woodhouse was found to have been driving a Vauxhall while using a mobile hone and was fined £125, banned from driving for six months because of repeat offending and made to pay £105 in costs;

Kyle Niki Gittins, 21, of Fourth Avenue, Clipstone, was clocked driving at 120mph in a 70mph zone and was banned from driving for 90 days, fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs.
