Fraud

David William Godber, 70, of Stoneyford Road, Sutton, admitted failing to tell the DWP that he was working and which could affect his pension credit. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £115 in costs;

Kelly Reynolds, 30, of Chestnut Close, New Ollerton, admitted making false representation by trying to use a credit card that did not belong to her to obtain £500. She was jailed for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £500 compensation.

Jodie Peggs, 37, of Hillsway Crescent, Mansfield, admitted two counts of assaulting another female and was given a community order with alcohol treatment, a one-year retraining order and made to pay £145 in costs;

Jamie Drysdale, 25, of Manvers Court, Shirebrook, admitted assaulting a female and a male and was jailed for 34 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

James Anthony Timothy Carroll, 36, c/o Framework, Acorn Business Park, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a police officer and was jailed for 42 days and made to pay £80 compensation;

Simon Lyndon Garton, 47, of Highfield Avenue, Kirkby, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was fined £500, made to pay £100 compensation and £350 costs;

Andrew Cocker, 35, of Longstone Way, Mansfield, admitted using violence to ensure entry to premises, carrying a rounders bat. He was given 150 hours unpaid work, made to pay £50 compensation, and £145 in costs;

Jenny Morley, 30, of Byron Road, Annesley, admitted three counts of assaulting police officers, one of which was racially aggravated, and damaging a car door. She was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for eight months and made to pay £175 in compensation;

Ricky John Harris, 25, of Northwood Avenue, Sutton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another male and was given a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £260 in costs.

Theft

Laura Tomlinson, 30, of Perlethorpe Avenue, Meden Vale, admitted stealing make up worth £130 from Savers in Mansfield, possession of heroin an diazepam. She was given a community order and made to pay £145 costs;

Lee Anthony Simrok, 34, of Moor Street, Mansfield, admitted possessing screwdrivers, a chisel and wire cutters in connection with theft and attempting to enter a building. He was jailed for 18 weeks and made to pay £50 compensation;

Ruslan Pokut, 30, of Portland Street, New Houghton, admitted stealing razor blades worth £20 from Wilkinson’s and was given a community order and made to pay £160 in costs.

Drink Driving

Kelly Ann Edmonds, 22, of Chatsworth Street, Mansfield, admitted failing to provide a breath test for analysis and was banned from driving for three years, fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs.

Motoring

Ryan Weaver, 27, of Park Lane, Pinxton, admitted using a mobile phone while driving a Vauxhall and was fined £90, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Adam James Samuel Smith, 31, of Skegby Road, Kirkby Woodhouse, admitted using a mobile phone was driving a Ford Transit. He was fined £135, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ernest Handley, 63, of Willowbridge Lane, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of failing to identify who was driving as Vauxhall Meriva that was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £315, given six penalty points and made to pay £117 in costs;

Kurt Anthony Goodwin, 38, of Mickledale Lane, Bilsthorpe, admitted driving a Ford Transit while disqualified and without insurance. He was banned from driving for a further six months and made to pay £60 costs;

Richard Frederick John Shepherd, 64, of James Murray Mews, Mansfield was found guilty after a trial of failing to identify who was driving a Peugeot alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £215, made to pay £221 in costs and given six penalty points.

Andrew Thomas McLellan, 42, of Rufford Colliery Lane, Rainworth, admitted sending a text message to one person and contacting another on Facebook while subject to a restraining order prohibiting him to do so. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation to each victim.

Criminal Damage

Troy Andrew Thornley, 46, of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, admitted damaging a computer table belonging to a female and was given a 12-month conditional discharge, a two-year restraining order and made to pay £100 in costs;

Thomas Lloyd Payne, 19, of Verona Court, Mansfield, admitted damaging internal doors of a property in Mansfield and was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, made to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.
