Motoring

Ashley Craig Bradshaw, 30, of Gleneagles Drive, Kirkby, admitted driving a Ford while using a mobile phone and was fined £200, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 costs;

Daniel Aron March, 22, of Manvers View, Boughton, admitted driving an MG without due care and attention and was fined £150, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 costs;

Daniel Ian Ray, 25, of Oxton Close, Mansfield, admitted driving a Suzuki Vitara without insurance or a licence and was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 costs;

Erica Louise Blackburn, 41, of Main Road, Boughton, was found guilty of driving a Ford Fiesta without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £85 costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Emanuel Dumitrescu, 22, of The Hill, Kirkby, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Pawel Mikolajewski, 26, of Seventh Avenue, Forest Town, was found guilty of driving a Ford without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 costs. The case was proved in his absence;

David Richard Stoker, 29, of Breck Bank, New Ollerton, was found guilty of driving a Ford Mondeo without insurance and no test certificate and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Samuel Clamp, 19, of Hillside Road, Mansfield, admitted driving a VW with a bald tyre and was fined £172, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 costs;

Phoebe Anna B Harphen, 21, of Kedleston Close, Huthwaite, admitted driving a Ford Ka while using a mobile phone and was fined £90, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Dan Developments, Southwell Road East, Rainworth, was found guilty of failing to identify who was driving an Audi alleged to have been guilty of an offence. The company was fined £900 and made to pay £175 in costs. The case proved in the firm’s absence;

Matthew Simon Jones, 30, of King Street, Pinxton, was found guilty of failing to identify who was driving a Peugeot 208 alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Keller Edward Moore, 19, of First Avenue, Edwinstowe, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot without wearing a seat belt and was fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs.

Drink Driving

Samuel Jason Deakin, 33, of New England Way, Pleasley, admitted having 80 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroen C2. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ireneusz Petrykow, 49, of Church View Court, Mansfield, admitted failing to give a sample of breath when stopped by police and driving without a licence and insurance. He was banned from the road for 12 months, fined £300 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Allan James Mason, 36, of Clipstone Road East, Forest Town, admitted having 57 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £220 and made to pay £107 in costs;

Jon Colin Phillips, 43, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield, admitted having 72 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Citroen Dispatch. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ainars Musa, 21, of Wood Street, Mansfield, admitted having 83 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted having no licence or insurance. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £300 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Fraud

Callum Paul Jeremy Raworth, 20, of Greenwood Avenue, Huthwaite, admitted fraudulently using a credit card to obtain goods worth £52 from Co-op in Huthwaite, goods worth £82 from Tesco in Huthwaite, goods worth £27 from Nazran in Huthwaite. He was jailed for 30 weeks and made to pay £163 in compensation;

Sharna Attaway, 26, of Fox Street, Kirkby, admitted fraudulently offering items for sale that she did not have and was made to pay £270 compensation.

Violence

Jasmin Cann, 23, c/o Harrington Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a police officer and was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, given an alcohol treatment requirement and made to pay £100 compensation to the officer;

Lee Hart, 28, of Silk Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting two police offices and possession of cannabis. He was jailed for 15 weeks suspended for 12 months, made to pay £70 and £45 compensation to the officers and £85 costs;

Ricky Swift, 22, of Lammas Close, Sutton, admitted assaulting a PCSO , being drunk and disorderly , stealing £2.80 worth of food from Tesco and £81 worth of beer from Asda. He was jailed for 16 weeks and made to pay £88.40 compensation to the PCSO;

Lee Michael Clowes, 31, of Stuart Street, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after being released from prison and was jailed for 14 days;

Stephen Ray, 32, of Jubilee Road, Sutton, admitted breaching a restraining order by visiting an address in Kirkby that he was prohibited from and was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a male and carrying a metal hook. He was jailed for 52 weeks and made to pay £80 costs.

Drugs

Frederick Holliley, 32, of Hibbert Crescent, Sutton, admitted possessing cocaine and was fined £250 and made to pay £110 in costs.

Theft

Oliver Hufton, 19, of Fritchley Court, Mansfield, admitted two counts of stealing diesel worth £15 and £23, stealing alcohol worth £51 from B&M and assisting in the disposal of a mobile phone. He was given a community order with three months’ curfew and made to pay compensation totalling £58;

Benjamin Trevor Ross, 30, of Somersall Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing aftershave worth £20 from Superdrug and was given a community order and made to pay £85 in costs;

Russell Adrian Raworth, 40, c/o Greenwood Avenue, Huthwaite, admitted three counts of stealing chocolate worth £191 from Tesco in Huthwaite and was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £191 in costs;

Lee Walters, 34, of Pine Close, Kirkby, admitted stealing meat, coffee and deodorant worth £80 from Co-op in Kirkby, and was fined £40, made to pay £80 compensation and £105 in costs;

Manuel Rusu, 20, of Clifton Grove, Mansfield, admitted stealing clothes worth £22 from Primark in Mansfield and was fined £100 and made to pay £105 in costs.

Shannon Louise Parkin, 18, of Outram Street, Sutton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Mansfield and was fined £40 and made to pay £65 in costs;

Keith Christopher Collison, 48, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, admitted being in possession of a police jacket and was fined £80 and made to pay £105 in costs.
