Breach

Ryan Callum Simms, 23, c/o Diamond Avenue, Kirkby, admitted breaching a restraining order and was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female was jailed for 23 weeks and made to pay £80 costs;

Anthony Thomas Dargue, 38, of Newark Way, Mansfield, admitted breaching a restraining order by contacting a female he was prohibited from doing so and was fined £50 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Luke Vincent Pickering, 28, c/o New Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted non-payment of a £1,388 fine and was given 56 days custody, suspended.

Drugs

Wayne Edwards, 35, of Nelson Close, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £200 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Victor Rajna, 34, of Station Road, Shirebrook, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £100 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Paul Woods, 51, of Marples Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £320 and made to pay £117 in costs.

Darren Anthony Griffiths, 22, of New Scott Street, Langwith, admitted having 57 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Clio. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £280 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Marcin Jozef Grudkowski, 34, of Langwith Road, Langwith Junction, admitted having 99 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of an Audi A4. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for three years and made to pay £165 in costs.

Violence

Theodore Sean Pilgrim, 29, of James Murray Mews, Mansfield, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and was fined £120 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Paul Sean Templeman, 49, of Patchwork Row, Shirebrook, admitted assaulting a female and was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months, handed a five-year restraining order and made to pay £280 in costs;

Wayne Benger, 41, of Albion Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of assaulting a male occasioning actually bodily harm after a trial and was given a community order with a three-month curfew order, made to pay £200 compensation and £625 in costs;

Lee Roland Allsop, 44, Main Street, Huthwaite, admitted assaulting a female and was fined £80 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Ricky Brocklehurst, 48, of Misterton Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female and was given a community order and made to pay £145 in costs;

Christopher Clarkson, 37, of Brookdale Road, Sutton, admitted assaulting a male at Mansfield Town Football Club and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £57 in costs;

Darren Cunningham, 39, of Lingfield Close, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male at Mansfield Town Football Club and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £57 in costs;

Shannon Louise Parkin, 18, of Outram Street, Sutton, admitted assaulting a police officer and was sent to a young offenders’ institute and made to pay £80 in costs.

Motoring

Sebastian Malinowski, 27, of Milford Crescent, Mansfield, admitted failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident after a VW Golf hit a brick wall. He was fined £285, given eight penalty points, and made to pay £114 in costs;

Christopher Colin Day, 44, of Fairfield Road, Sutton, admitted driving a Land Rover, causing an injury to another person and failing to report the accident as soon as possible, and failing to stop. He was fined £360, given seven penalty points and made to pay £121 in costs;

Jason Ballantine, 43, of Collins Avenue, Sutton, admitted driving a Ford KA without a licence and insurance, and failing to comply with supervision requirement after being released from prison. He was jailed for 21 weeks and made to pay £80 costs.

Theft

Marcin Rucinski, 38, Carter Lane, Mansfield, admitted stealing a David Beckham gift set from Superdrug in Mansfield and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

Pavel Vlcek, 36, of Chesterfield Road North, Mansfield, admitted stealing a pair of trainers worth £35 from TK Maxx, a top worth £50 from JD Sports and possessing a pair of pliers in connection with theft. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

Julius Strumyla, 21, of no fixed address, admitted stealing ink cartridges worth £340 from Asda in Forest Town and was fined £120 and made to pay £30 costs;

Hayley Joanne Thrall, 36, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing baby clothes worth £115 from Boots in Mansfield and failing to surrender to custody. He was handed a community order, fined £35 and made to pay £115 compensation.

Criminal Damage

James Ernest Godley, 31, of no fixed address, was found guilty after a trial of damaging a Peugeot and was given an 18-month conditional discharge, given a one-year restraining order to not contact a female, pay £200 and made to pay £100 costs;

Tyler John Edwards, 20, of Sixth Avenue, Forest Town admitted damaging a Peugeot and breaching criminal behaviour order. He was given 120 hours of community service and made to pay £145 in costs.
