Breach

Lee Goody, 29, of no fixed address admitted failing to adhere to a supervision order and attempting to steal light fittings. He was jailed for 56 days and made to pay £115 in costs;

Donna Louise Hawkins, 35, of Welbeck Street, Mansfield, admitting failing to adhere to a community order she was handed for two counts of assault and trying to enter a property she had been prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order. She also admitted stealing vodka worth £20 from Asda in Ollerton and being drunk and disorderly on Mansfield’s Radford Street. She was jailed for 20 weeks and made to pay £80 in costs.

Ty Jordan Marcus Chapman, 21, of Forest Road, Sutton, admitted possessing cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £80 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Harry William Smith, 25, of Chadburn Road, Mansfield, admitted possessing cannabis at Tesco Extra on Mansfield’s Jubilee Way South and was fined £80 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Theft

Lee Anthony Simrok, 34, of no fixed address, admitted entering a property on Bell View, Mansfield, with an intention to steal and dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely two passports. He was jailed for 70 days and made to pay £115 in costs;

Steven Peter Crawford, 30, of Hall Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing two sets of headphones from Tesco in Mansfield and was given a community order with a six-month alcohol treatment and made to pay £165 in costs;

Conner Paul Seaton, 22, of Bishop Street, Mansfield, admitted dishonestly using electricity worth £594.42 without due authority. He was given a community order and made to pay £400 compensation;

Donald Gornall, 49, of Welbeck Street, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of having articles in connection with a theft, including a hat, gloves, torch and bag. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £365 in costs;

Stefan Pietras, 36, of Tudor Street, Sutton, was found guilty after a trial of having articles in connection with a theft, including a gloves, torch, pen knives, a ball bearing and drain key. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £365 in costs;

Michael Bean, 32, of no fixed address, admitted stealing alcohol worth £198 from Asda in Ollerton and was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months and made to pay £198 in compensation;

Kyle Evans, 24, of Leamington Drive, Sutton, admitted stealing joints of meat worth £91 from Co-op in Jacksdale and was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £31 compensation and £105 in costs.

Violence

Joseph Victor Nigel Burridge, 25, of Farm View Road, Kirkby, admitted assaulting a male and was given a community order with 16 weeks’ electronic tag curfew, made to pay £150 compensation and £165 in costs;

James Francis, 25, of Clumber Street, Warsop, admitted assaulting a female on Clumber Street in Warsop and damaging a fence. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs;

Lee Spademan, 41, of Seventh Avenue, Clipstone, admitted assaulting a female and was given a two-year conditional discharge, a three-year restraining order and made to pay £105 in costs.

Kelly Anne Pepperday, 21, of The Hayfields, Rainworth, admitted having 100 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Fiat Punto. The legal limit is 35 mcgs.

She also admitted assaulting another female and two males and was handed a community order, made to pay £100 compensation, banned from driving for 24 months and made to pay £100 in costs.

Motoring

Mark Daniel Claydon, 33, of Byron street, Mansfield, admitted riding a Chituma motorbike without a licence or insurance and was fined £120, given eight penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Shaun James Frederick Richardson, 29, of Cheriton Close, Mansfield, admitted failing to identify the driver of a Toyota alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £410, given six penalty points and made to pay £126 in costs;

Sebastian Ominski, 28, of Portland Road, Selston, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra while using a mobile phone and was fined £84.91, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Barrie Philip Lloyd, 48, of Langwith Road, Shirebrook, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford that had allegedly been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Miroslaw Nalepka, 47, of Meden Avenue, Warsop, was found guilty of running a red light in a Mazda on the A60 and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Clara Elizabeth Wilson, 27, of High Hazles Drive, Huthwaite, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Fiat alleged to have been speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case proved in her absence;

Jennifer Ann King, 27, of Haywood Avenue, Blidworth, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford Fiesta alleged to have been speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Beckie Lathall, 26, of Co Operative Street, Stanton Hill, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall Astra in Ravenshead without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Daniel Simpson, 25, of St Michaels Street, Sutton, was found guilty of driving a Kia while using a mobile phone on Sutton Road, Mansfield and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Deborah Elaine Stacey, 42, of Tuckers Lane, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Vauxhall alleged to have been speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Nathan Richard Stephenson, 20, of John Woodhead Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot 206 without a licence or insurance and running a red light in Sutton. He was fined £660, given eight penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Rebecca Jane Eddishaw, 31, of Blidworth Lane, Rainworth, admitted driving a Mercedes while using a mobile phone and was fined £110, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Kirsty Dawn Henshaw, 29, of Langford Road, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford alleged to have been speeding. She was banned from the road for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Krzysztof Jozef Burkiewicz, 31, of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, admitted six counts of speeding and six counts of driving without a licence. He was handed fines totalling £480, banned from driving for six months and made to pay £105 in costs.
