Mark Anthony Roberts, 24, of Oak Street, Skegby, admitted driving dangerously in a Vauxhall on Abbott Road in Mansfield and was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, given 150 hours of community service, banned from driving for 18 months and made to pay £165 in costs;

Peter Sivak, 35, of Silk Street, Sutton, admitted driving a Skoda Fabia without due care and attention on Oddicroft Lane, Sutton, and was fined £166, given six penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs;

Liam Aaron Rimmer, 28, of Parkers Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted running a red light in Peugeot 107 near St Peter’s Way, Mansfield, and was fined £40, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Steven David Naylor, 37, of Hickory Close, Kirkby was found guilty of driving a Ford without insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

North Midland Construction Plc, of Nunn Close, Huthwaite, admitted failing to identify the driver of a Ford Focus alleged to have been guilty of offence. The company was fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs;

Steven James Ward, 45, of Elston Close, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford Transit alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Lesley Botcher, 56, of Hucklow Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Hyundai alleged to have been guilty of speeding. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Rikki Dove, 24, of Beechwood Close, Sutton, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of an Audi alleged to have been guilty of speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Robert James Montgomery, 29, of Limestone Terrace, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford Fiesta alleged to have been guilty of speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Stephen Roach, 66, of Station Road, Shirebrook, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Nissan alleged to have been guilty of speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Romeo Constantin Tudose, 24, of North Park, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Renault alleged to have been guilty of speeding. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Breach

Peter Robinson. 40, of St. Michaels Street, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a community order and was re-sentenced on an original charge of receiving stolen goods, namely scratch cards, and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 22 weeks;

Oliver Hufton, 19, of Holland Crescent, Selston, admitted failing to comply with a community order and was fined £50;

Andrzej Kowalewski, 29, of Burns Street, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a community order and was re-sentenced on an original charge of harassing a female. He was given a four-month curfew order with an electronic tag;

Wayne Hart, 53, of Cleghill Drive, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days.

Drink Driving

Peter Ashley Ambrick, 49, of Brocklehurst Drive, Edwinstowe, admitted having 63 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Kangoo. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £370 and made to pay £117 in costs;

Kieran Karl Robert Bailey, 20, of Homesfield Walk, Mansfield, admitted having 42 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted taking the Vauxhall Cora without the owner’s consent and causing damage to the vehicle, driving without insurance or a licence. He was banned from driving for 12 months, given a community order and made to pay £145 in costs;

Nathan Michael Brian Byrne, 32, of Walesby Lane, Ollerton, admitted having 55 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Focus. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 36 months, fined £260 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Daniel Patrick Boyle, 24, of Dove Croft, New Ollerton, admitted having 214 mlgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood while behind the wheel of a Peugeot 106. The legal limit is 80

mlgs. He was banned from driving for three years, given 120 hours of community service, and made to pay £145 in costs;

Izabela Maria Olenska, 37, of Hibbert Road, Mansfield, admitted refusing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and made to pay £70 in costs.

Violence

Jack Mallows, 20 of Brown Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting a police officer on Clumber Street, Mansfield, and being drunk and disorderly. He was given a community order with 80 hours of community service, made to pay £200 compensation and £165 in costs;

Norman Lee, 67, of Newark Close, Mansfield, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was given a community order with three-month curfew with an electronic tag, a one-year restraining order, made to pay £60 compensation and £300 costs;

Yvonne Gregory, 54, of Chadburn Road, Mansfield, admitted assaulting another female and was given an 18-month conditional discharge, made to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs;

Harley Robert Chapman, 18, of Carnarvon Grove, Sutton, admitted assaulting a male and causing actual bodily harm at McDonald’s in Sutton. He was given a community order with 120 hours of community service, made to pay £200 compensation;

Paul Anthony Godfrey, 49, of no fixed address admitted assaulting another male and was jailed for eight weeks and made to pay £80 compensation;

Jaroslaw Mikuszyn, 33, of Leeming Lane South, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted two counts of assaulting males and possessing a lock knife. He was jailed for four months, suspended for two years, made to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs

Theft

Liam Darren Gilbert, 23, of Victoria Street, Stanton Hill, admitted stealing meat and air fresheners worth £91 from Co-op in Jacksdale, three further counts of stealing meat from Pinxton and stealing razor blades and cosmetics worth £168 from Co-op in Tibshelf. He was given a community order with 60 hours of community service and made to pay £60 compensation.

Criminal Damage

Richard Adrian Bradley, 42, of George Street, Mansfield, admitted damaging a rear door to a property in Hibbert Road and damaging a car. He was given a community order with three-months’ curfew with an electronic tag, made to pay £150 in compensation and £145 in costs.
