Violence

Kyle Adam Allsop, 23, of George Street, Huthwaite, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and damaging a house door. He was given a community order with 60 hours of community service, a one-year restraining order, made to pay £100 compensation and £300 costs;

Rhys Gareth Allmand, 29, of The Roddery, Mansfield, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £100 in costs;

Paul Anthony Godfrey, 50, c/o Mansfield Probation admitted assaulting a man and causing harassment, alarm or distress and was jailed for 14 weeks and made to pay £115 in costs;

Georgina Bancroft, 19, of Hickling Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a police officer and was jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £115 compensation and £85 in costs;

Callum Manley, 29, of Eakring Road, Mansfield, admitted two counts of assaulting police officers and was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, given 180 hours of community service, made to pay £150 in compensation and £200 in costs.

Breach

Liam Darren Reg Gilbert, 23, of Victoria Street, Stanton Hill, admitted failing to comply with a community order and was re-sentenced for his original offences of four counts of theft of meat from Co-op and the theft of razor blades He was jailed for 28 days;

Kyle Christopher Allen, 28, of Co-Operative Street, Stanton Hill, was jailed for seven days, suspended, for non-payment of a £115 fine imposed in 2008;

Emma Jane Hamilton, 28, of Shawcroft, Sutton, was jailed for 14 days, suspended, for no-payment of a £895 fine imposed in 2014;

Simon John Kelly, 43, of Elderfield Drive, Sutton, was jailed for 14 days, suspended, for non-payment of a £255 fine imposed in 2014;

Davey Crowther, 18, of Butler Crescent, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a community and re-sentenced for his original offence of threatening criminal damage and stealing toilet rolls and was given a community order;

Christopher Michael Beniston, 28, of Mapplewells Crescent, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days;

Ian Sean Morley, 25, of Lime Crescent, Church Warsop, admitted breaching a restraining order and was fined £100 and made to pay £30 costs;

Lindsey Sims, 32, of Vernon Road, Kirkby, was jailed for 14 days, suspended, for non-payment of a £325 fine imposed in 2009;

Charlie Burns Marriott, 21, of Mowlands Close, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days.

Samuel Keith Pickering, 25, of Gladstone Street, Mansfield, admitted four counts of not paying for diesel, four counts of driving while disqualified and four counts of driving without insurance and was jailed for 364 days and made to pay £80 costs;

Joshua Ian Wood, 24, c/o Old Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted three counts of stealing food from Co-op in Clipstone and stealing camping equipment from a female. He was jailed for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £100 in compensation;

Jamie Peter Cooke, 30, of Harcourt Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing razors from Asda in Forest Town, receiving a stolen bank card and five counts using a stolen bank card. He was given 80 hours of community service and made to pay £85.96 in compensation;

Daniel James Walker, 40, of Simpson Road, Mansfield, admitted trespassing into a garage and stealing a toolbox and wheelbarrow and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 20 weeks and made to pay £115 in costs;

Kieran Rhys Oxley, 22, of Hammerwater Drive, Warsop, admitted four counts making off without payment from fuelling stations. He also admitted possessing cannabis, two counts of stealing car registration plates, driving without insurance and driving without a licence. He was made to pay a total of £471 in compensation and given six penalty points;

Craig Roebuck, 39, of Thoresby Street, Mansfield, admitted stealing coffee worth £35.91 from Home Bargains in Sutton and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for six weeks and made to pay £35.91 in compensation;

Sally Broadley, 37, of Winster Way, Mansfield, admitted stealing household products and toys worth £74.50 from Tesco and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £105 in costs.

Motoring

Aaron Robert Adlington, 24, of Langford Road, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of Land Rover alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Fidan Anik, 37, of Blake Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a BMW alleged to have been guilty of speeding and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Neil Andrew Hare, 57, of New Street, Bolsover, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Hyundai alleged to have been guilty of speeding and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Darren Robinson, 31, of Blackwell Road, Sutton, admitted running a red light in a Ford Mondeo and was fined £60, given three penalty points and made to pay £40 costs;

Ghilemei Silviu, 26, of Padley Hill, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Fiat without due care and attention and was fined £660, given seven points and made to pay £151. The case was proved in his absence.

Carolyn Holland, 50, of Haddon Road, Ravenshead, admitted having 121 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Mercedes. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from driving for 36 months, given 60 hours of community service and made to pay £170 in costs;

Connor Christian Morton, 18, of The Avenue, Sutton, admitted having 68 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Renault Twingo. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted driving without insurance. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £120 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Lisa Jane Purvis, 31, of Priory Grove, Kirkby, admitted having 114 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Seat Ibiza. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from driving for 26 months, given a community order and made to pay £170 in costs.

Drugs

Zoe McConville, 40, of Maid Marion Way, Boughton, admitted possessing cannabis and two counts of failing to surrender to custody and was jailed for 28 days, suspended for six months;

Sean Alexander Harpe, 19, of Brand Lane, Stanton Hill, admitted possessing cannabis and was fined £50 and made to pay £20 in costs.

Miscellaneous

Graeme Westwater, 46, of Maida Lane, Ollerton, admitted fishing without a licence at Little John Lakes in Ollerton and was fined £100 and to pay £80 costs.
