Drink Driving

Louise Anne Ward, 40, c/o Farndale Road, Sutton admitted having 66 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Ford Kuga. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £250 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Adam Douce, 22, of Edward Street, Kirkby, admitted having 69 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Peugeot 306. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £150 and made to pay £105 in costs.

Aidan George Brown, 23, of Station View, Shirebrook, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and was given 20 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, and made to pay £750 compensation;

Tyler Jake Wise, 20, of Thistle Bank, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted assaulting a male and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £50 compensation.

Drugs

Mark Anthony Watts, 44, of Main Street, Huthwaite, admitted possessing heroin and damaging a door and was jailed for eight weeks, given a restraining order until January next year and made to pay £100 compensation;

Peter Angus, 20, of Mulberry Close, Mansfield, admitted possessing amphetamine and a razor blade in public and was fined £300 in total and made to pay £115 in costs;

Angus James Mason, 33, of no fixed address, admitted possessing amphetamine and cannabis and was given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £20 costs.

Fraud

Joseph Luke Twyning, 25, of Muskham Court, Mansfield, admitted three counts of using a credit card in Argos in Mansfield without permission of the owner and two counts of selling a mobile phone that had been stolen. He was given a community order with a 10-week curfew order and made to pay £300 in compensation.

Shantelle Louise Dawson, 30, of Shirland Drive, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days;

Zack Krystyan Hurt, 20, of Langford Road, Mansfield, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was given 30 hours of unpaid work;

David Carl Armstrong, 48, of Stoneyford Court, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement, possession of cannabis, driving a Rover while disqualified and without insurance, and two counts of failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for 49 days and made to pay £115 in costs.

Theft

Lee Anthony Simrok, 34, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a bag full of CDs and figurines and possessing articles in connection with theft namely a head torch, face covering, gloves and baseball cap. He was jailed for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months and made to pay £75 compensation;

Martin Neill, 40, of Main Street, Shirebrook, admitted stealing sunglasses and a sports bag and attempting to steal a vehicle. He was given a community order and made to pay £100 compensation;

Adrian Fincham, 28, of Old Mill Lane, Forest Town admitted stealing a TV and wall bracket worth £155 from Sainsbury’s and was given a community order with three months’ curfew and made to pay £395 in costs;

Richard James Alan Talbot, 29, of Mansfield Road, Sutton, admitted stealing two joints of meat worth £25 and another count of stealing beef joints from Asda in Sutton and was given a community order with three months’ curfew and made to pay £50 compensation;

Stephen John Feeley, 40, of no fixed address, admitted stealing medication worth £112 from Wilko’s in Sutton, £185 worth of sun care and £721 worth of cosmetics. He was jailed for 187 days, and made to pay £115 compensation;

Kyle Whiteman, 23, of no fixed address admitted assisting in the retention, removal, or disposal of a stolen bank card and using the card to buy goods worth £48.62. He was jailed for 28 days, made to pay £48.62 compensation and £42.50 costs.

Criminal Damage

Stefan Paul Griffiths, 26, of Hallam Road, Boughton, admitted damaging a kitchen window belonging to a woman and was fined £300, made to pay £60 compensation and made to pay £115 in costs.

Luke Hickton, 27, of Century Avenue, Mansfield, admitted driving a BMW at 53 mph in a 30 mph zone on the A60 and was fined £195, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Jane Bennett, 45, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Toyota alleged to have been speeding on Rosemary street, Mansfield, and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence;

Jake Lee Dale, 25, of East Street, Warsop Vale admitted driving a Daewoo and failing to stop after an accident, driving without insurance and without a licence. He was fined £240, given seven penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Constantin Gabriel Blaga, 21, of Milton Street, Mansfield, admitted driving a Ford Focus without due care and attention, without a insurance and without a licence. He was fined £200, given nine penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Shane Luck, 27, of The Green, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of running a red light in a Ford Fiesta and driving without a licence. He was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Natalie Louise Radford, 26, of Coronation Street, Sutton, was found guilty of driving a BMW without a licence or insurance and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case proved in her absence;

Katie Leanne Robinson, 22, of Beck Crescent, Mansfield, was found guilty of driving a Mini Cooper while using a mobile phone and was fined £200, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The was proved in her absence;

Liam Richard Searson, 24, of Stockwell Court, Mansfield, was found guilty of riding an off-road quad bike without insurance or a licence and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence.

Callum Knott, 31, of Stepnall Heights, Boughton, admitted fishing without a licence at Shireoaks, Worksop, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined a total of £180 and made to pay £140 in costs;

Richard Stuart Parkin, 37, of Carlton Close, Forest Town, admitted failing to secure the transfer of domestic waste and was jailed £450 and made to pay £239 in costs;

Emilia Ungureanu, 36, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield, admitted possessing cigarettes that he knew were dangerous and was fined £290 and made to pay £229 in costs.
