Michael David Shaun Jones, 31, of Carsic Road, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision requirement and was jailed for 14 days;

Paul Sean Templeman, 49, of Patchwork Row,, Shirebrook, admitted failing to comply with a curfew order on six occasions and was fined £100 and made to pay £75 costs.

Christopher Ashley Smith, 29, of Whinney Lane, New Ollerton, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra van while already disqualified and driving without insurance. He was given a community order with a two-month electronic tag curfew order and made to pay £235 in costs;

Alexander James Bordun, 33, of Quartz Avenue, Mansfield, admitted failing to identify the driver of an Audi alleged to have been guilty of an offence and was fined £200, given six penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs;

John Alexander Donnelly, 22 of, Kirkby Road, Sutton, admitted driving a Ford Mondeo without insurance and without a test certificate was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Margaret Theresa Burke, 72, of New England Way, Pleasley, admitted driving a Peugeot on the A38 at 38 mph in a 30 mph zone. She was banned from driving for 28 days, fined £60, made to pay £105 in costs;

Trystan Evans, 40, of Sunflower Close, Shirebrook, was proven to have driven an Audi on the A38 at 62 mph in a 50 mph zone and was fined £160, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Scott Terence Petney, 33, of Kirklington Road, Rainworth, was found guilty of two counts of failing to identify the drive of a Ford Mondeo that was alleged to have been guilty of speeding and was banned for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Arkadiusz Mazurowski, 23, of Swanwick Avenue, Shirebrook, was proven to have driven a Ford Focus without insurance and was banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs;

William Austin McEvoy, 33, of Heathfield Court, Kirkby, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a Ford C-Max alleged to have been guilty of speeding and he was banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Nigel John Shaw, 22, of Grendon Way, Sutton, was proven to have ridden a Suzuki motorbike without insurance and was banned from the road for six months, fined £660 and made to pay £151 in costs.

Drink-Driving

Benjamin Bossons, 20, of Cavendish Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted having 97 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He also admitted being involved in an accident and failing to stop and provide details. He was banned from the road for 24 months, given 80 hours of community service for each offence and made to pay £170 in costs;

Vickie Arben, 59, of Rowan Drive, Selston, admitted having 66 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Honda Jazz. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. She was banned from the road for 18 months, fined £250 and made to pay £115 in costs.

Violence

Jamie Lee Faulconbridge, 25, of Argyle Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a female, damaging a bathroom wall and possession of heroin and amphetamine. He was given a community order, fined £150 and made to pay £170 in costs;

Kirsty Dean, 32, of Fielden Avenue, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male and possession of amphetamine was given a community order, fined £50, made to pay £50 in compensation and £170 in costs;

Jamie Bacon, 25, of Peveril Road, Tibshelf, admitted assaulting a female at Asda in Forest Town and was jailed for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, given a three-year restraining order and made to pay £200 in costs;

Evan Canham, 18, of Hazel Road, New Ollerton, admitted assaulting a female in Boughton and was given a community order and made to pay £170 in costs;

Charlie Burns Marriott, 22, of Mowlands Close, Sutton, admitted assaulting a male, damaging a Ford Fiesta and an internal door. He was jailed for 18 weeks and made to pay £115 in costs;

Matthew Clive John Hatton, 40, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a female in Sutton and was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months and made to pay £200 in costs.

Criminal Damage

Darren Lee Hibberd, 26, of Bentinck Close, Boughton, admitted damaging a door and was fined £200 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Alexander James Tyldsley, 23, of Newark Close, Mansfield, admitted damaging a phone worth £50 and was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, made to pay £50 compensation and £200 in costs.

Drugs

Stephan Anthony Spencer, 22, c/o Newgate Lane, Mansfield, admitted possession of cannabis, driving a moped without insurance or a licence and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £200 in total, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Leigh Paddon, 33, of Smith Street, Mansfield, admitted possessing amphetamine and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £20 costs.

Theft

Simon Frank Ward, 42, of Dorchester Drive, Mansfield, admitted stealing bottles of spirits worth £108 from B&M Bargains and was jailed for six weeks and made to pay £115 in costs.
