Gavin Kyle Smith 28, of Thorney Abbey Road Blidworth, pleaded guilty to stealing two hair straighteners, three bottles of Maybelline make up to the value of £43.94 from Wilkinsons, a box of Celebrations worth £4 from Nazran stores, razors valued at £99 from Superdrug, meat worth £50 from te Co-op and two boxes of perfume worth £110 from Boots and two Nerf guns worth £89.98 from Toys R Us. He was committed to prison for six months with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Sally Broadley 37, of Winster Way Mansfield admitted stealing a jar of baby food and a bedroom night light to the value of £8.50 from Tesco. She was fined £40 with victim surcharge of £30 and Costs of £40.

Claire Louise Roberts 42, of Wood Lane Church Warsop, admitted stealing goods worth £3 from Poundland and underwear to the value of £9 from Primark. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Luke Tomlinson 33 of Kirkby Road Sutton pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol worth £25 from Asda. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £19.

Luke Tomlinson 33, of Kirkby Road Sutton, admitted stealing razor blades worth £30 from Wilkinsons, another charge of stealing £30 of razor blades from Wilkinsons and a further charge of stealing razor blades worth £16 from Wilkinsons. He also admitted stealing Scalextric toys to the value of £100 from Home Bargains. A community order was made with electronic monitoring and a curfew of three months, a victim surcharge of £85 and compensation covering the value of the goods stolen.

Stefan Pietras 36, of Tudor Street Sutton admitted stealing Yanky Candles to the value of £11 belonging to B&M Bargains. He also admitted possessing a lock knife without good reason in a public place. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation activity requirement for six months He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £200.

Lucy Marie Killawee 37, of Rockstone way Mansfield Woodhouse, pleaded guilty to touching a woman sexually without consent and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. She also pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath, using a vehicle without insurance and driving a vehicle with bald tyres. She was committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to participate in an 18 month accredited programme with a rehabilitation activity requirement. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months. Offence committed whilst in drink and in defiance of a community order.

Kelly Webster 38, of St Marys Road Sutton, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty. She was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £100, victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.

Andrew John Imri 36, of First Avenue Forest Town, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating. A community order was made with a requirement of attending a building better relationships programme. A restraining order was also made. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £600.

Steven Frank John Day 45 of Caunts Crescent Sutton, pleaded guilty to assaulting two men by beating. A community order was made with a six month curfew with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 with victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Richard Lee Norris 47, of Fourth Avenue Forest Town, admitted stealing a credit card and used it dishonestly in the owners name to buy tobacco and groceries. He was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, with a 12 weeks curfew requirement with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of £109.80

Miscellaneous

Christopher Andrew Cassidy 32 of Vera Crescent Rainworth, was found guilty of disposing of controlled waste, namely a mattress without a waste management permit. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with costs of £150 and victim surcharge of £20.

Benjamin Alexander Parsley 22, of Willoughby Court Mansfield, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £85 costs and victim surcharge of £20.

Peter Ashley 47, of Violet Hill Mansfield admitted sending an obscene message on a public communications network. He was discharged conditionally for 24 months with a restraining order not to contact a female. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Kyle Chettle 19, of Boundary Crescent Blidworth, pleaded guilty to sending electronic communication and calls to cause distress or anxiety. The offence was aggravated due to hostility based on the sexual orientation of the victim. A community order was made with electronic monitoring for four weeks with curfew. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 compensation.

Matthew Slack 23 of poplar Avenue Kirkby, admitted destroying a white Apple iPhone 5 to the value of £200. He was discharged conditionally for two years with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Liam Staples of Poplar Avenue Kirkby pleaded guilty to harassing a female and a male by threats to kill and sending inappropriate images and messages. The court heard there had been protracted harassment some in front of children. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. A restraining order was imposed with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Kyle Jonathan Jordan 24 of Budby Avenue, Mansfield was found guilty of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty and admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was fined £120 with compensation of £50 and £90 costs.

David Ben Pridmore 30, of Byron Avenue Mansfield Woodhouse admitted to driving with 50mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35 mcg. He was disqualified from driving for three years, fined £440 with £85 costs and victim surcharge of £44.

Nathan Lee 18 of Bentinck Close Boughton admitted breachin g acommunity order made by Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend on two days without adequate explanation. he was fined £75.

Brian Smalley 29, of Sherwood Avenue Mansfield was found guilty of touching a woman sexually withoput consent. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100.
