Theft

Robert Mark Baraclough 41, of Hobhouse Road Mansfield admitted stealing a pedal cycle of value unknown. He also pleaded guilty to carrying a knife in a public place without good reason and failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. Barraclough also pleaded guilty to entering CLS Clerkson House as a trespasser and stealing a child’s toy gun a bag containing cables and headset, perfume, a game of Thrones CD a Lego car and two laptops. He was committed to prison for a total of nine months.

Jonathon Morgan James Barrett 23, of Pickard Street Mansfield admitted stealing an iPhone 5 screen protector valued at £15.99 from Boots. The offence was committed while a community order made by Swindon Magistrates was in force. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement a fine of £50, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Amie Louise Hibbert 30, of Greenwood Avenue Huthwaite, admitted using threatening behaviour. She also pleaded guilty to damaging a chair and a table to the value of £150 belonging to Market Club, Huthwaite. A community order was made with a one month curfew requirement. She was ordered to pay £10 compensation.

Jason Robert Bush 45, of Sawley Drive Mansfield was found guilty of threatening behaviour towards a woman. A community order was made with an 80 hours unpaid work requirement within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £400.

Deniss Lomakins 27 of Centenary Road Mansfield pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £100 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Violence

Nicholas George Gore 45, of Sherwood Street Mansfield, pleaded guilty to assaulting a female. He was discharged conditionally for six months, with a restraining order not to contact the complainant and a victim surcharge of £20.

Liam Harry Panayi 20, of Birch Road New Ollerton, admitted six counts of assaulting a woman by beating her. He was committed to detention for four months concurrent suspended for 12 months. He must also comply with a 12 months rehabilitation order,

John Dunn 43 of Bentinck Street Mansfield, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating. He was committed to prison for 14 weeks, with victim surcharge of £115.

Ashley Gavin Lewis 23 of Thoresby Crescent Stanton Hill, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement, compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Daniel Ronald Blackner 37, of St Andrews Street Kirkby, pleaded guilty to damaging a cell at Mansfield Police station by smearing faeces on it. He also pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was committed to prison for an overall sentence of 20 months, suspended for 12 months and ordered to comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Simon Anthony Sharpe 30, of Patterson Place Rainworth, pleaded guilty to assaulting a female and causing her actual bodily harm. He also admitted assaulting a man by beating him and possessing cannabis. He was committed to prison for 26 weeks, ordered to pay £100 compensation and a restraining order was made.

The attack involved a kick to the body, a stamp to the head and a bite and was aggravated by a record of previous convictions.

Ria Holohan 31, of Station Road Rainworth, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her. She was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £100.

Mark David Littler 28, of Station Road, Rainworth, admitted assaulting a man by beating him. A community order was made with an 80 hours unpaid work requirement, compensation of £75 and costs of £100.

James Weir 26 of Coral Avenue Warsop pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her. He also admitted damaging a front door. The court found that the offence was racially aggravated. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months and to participate in a Building Better Relationships programme. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200.

mISCELLANEOUS

Jonathan Charles Blundell 28, of High Street Edwinstowe, admitted he assisted a girl to stay away from a responsible person. He was committed to prison for 13 wseeks suspended for 12 months, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Gavin James Lewe Tuffin 39, of Meden Bank Pleasley, was found guilty of carrying a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason or lawful authority. He was discharged conditionally for two years with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85

Drugs

Christopher Dean Coupe 29, of Beck Close Blidworth, pleaded guilty to being in possession of five self seal bags of Mamba a controlled drug of class B. He also admitted having class A drug cocaine and opiates in his bloodstream. He admitted breaching a supervision requirement following a period of imprisonment, He was fined £80 with victim surcharge of £30.

Scott Ashley Wilcox 26, of Huthwaite Road Sutton, admitted harassing members of the public. A community order was made with a 12 week curfew and electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of 375 and costs of £85.

Marcus Elliot Downey 19, of Tideswell Court Mansfield, admitted smashing a window belonging to Innova House. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200 with £85 costs.

Motoring

Adam Brack 27 of Gilcroft Street Skegby, admitted driving with 72mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £36.

Joshua Joseph Carlisle 23, of Matlock Avenue Mansfield, pleaded guilty to driving with 73mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 with victim surcharge of £30 and disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Sarah Morley 37, of Churchmeade Huthwaite, pleaded guilty to driving with 85mcg alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £450 with £45 victim surcharge and costs of £85. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

ZBigniew Cierpial 36, of Prospect Place Sutton, admitted driving with 109 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, with no insurance. A community order was made with a 120 hour unpaid work requirement. He was banned from driving for 26 months with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £85.

Sean Paul Hills 42, of Hammond Grove Kirkby, admitted being the driver of a vehicle and failing to stop after an accident which injured a woman and failing to report it. He had been driving without a license or insurance. A community order was made with a 100 hour unpaid work requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Terry George Johnson 29, of Stoneyford Road Sutton, admitted driving with 43 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted driving without a license or insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £360 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £35.

Thomas Peter Jones 29, of Arthur Green Avenue Kirkby, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was fined £186 with £30 victim surcharge.

Gavin Kyle Smith 29, of Thorne Abbey Road Blidworth pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood. He also admitted failing to provide a non-intimate sample for drug tests while in police detention. He also admitted stealing razor blades worth £186 from Wilkinsons, toys valued at £79.98 from Toys R Us,stealing a scooter vlued at £24.99 from ToysRUs, unlawfuly taking a Ford Mondeo and damaging it. He also pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening behaviour towards a policeman. A suspended sentence of six months imposed by Nottinghamshire Magistrates Court was imposed with an overall sentence of nine months.

Drugs

Jordan James Jackson 20, of Westfield Lane Mansfield, pleaded guilty to jointly supplying cannabis. A community order was made with a 140 hours unpaid work requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100.

Alexander Norman Lamb 31, of Layton Avenue Mansfield, admitted driving while unfit to drive through drugs. He also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He also admitted having an article for use in connection with theft, namely gloves, a wrench, a torch and allen keys. A community order was made with a six weeks curfew with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 with costs of £100.

Ashley Taylor 37 of Blackbridge Caravan Park Pleasley Vale admitted possessing controlled class A drug diamorphine. He was fined £120 and to pay a victim surcharge of £30, with costs of £85.
