Breach

Gary Kitchener, aged 36, of Rugby Road, Rainworth, breached a restraining order for a second time and also breached a suspended sentence. He has been jailed for a total of 142 days and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge. Leon Clarke, 35, of Brookfield Avenue, Sutton, admitted breaching a community requirement. He was given a sentence of 12 weeks’ jail, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to carry out 22 hours of unpaid work, added to the 40 hours originally imposed.Kyle Hollingsworth, 26, of Bilborough Road, Mansfield, failed to comply with post-sentence supervision requirements imposed after a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for 14 days. Fraud

Alan Smith, 44, of Eakring Court, Mansfield, stole a bank card and used a bank card to withdraw £290 from the account. He must complete 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. A restraining order was also issued for him to not visit Scholars Way, Mansfield, between 6pm and 10am. He was ordered to pay £290 in compensation and a surcharge of £85.

Motoring

Eric Weston, 29, of Milton Court, Ravenshead, admitted driving while under the influence of alcohol and also breached a suspended sentence . Weston drove on Vernon Crescent with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, over the legal limit of 35mcg. He has been disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £400. He must also pay a surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. Stuart Butler, 43, of Woodland Drive, Mansfiled, drove on two streets exceeding a 30mph limit. Disqualified from driving for six months and fined £660. He must also pay a surcharge of £44 and costs of £85. Christopher Tilling, 39, of Woburn Road, Pleasley, drove through a red traffic light and twice refused to give the identity of a driver in a Vauxhall Vectra when asked to do so by the police. He has been fined a total of £1,320, disqualified from driving for 12 months, and must pay a surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Nathan Woodhouse, 25, of Brierley Road, Sutton, drove a car while disqualified from driving and with out insurance in November 2017. He also failed to stop for a police officer when asked to do so and also failed to provide a specimen for analysis when asked to do so. He has been disqualified from driving for three years and has been given a 13-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He has been issued a alcohol treatment and activity requirement and must pay a surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.David Pearson, 40, of White Rose Avenue, Mansfield, drove over a 50mph speed limit. He has been disqualified from driving for 56 days, fined £660 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £66 and costs of £85.

Miscellaneous

Sean Moore, 57, of Woodlands Way, Sutton, used threatening behaviour on a Sutton street. The court found the offence was racially aggravated. Moore was fined £216 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a surcharge of £30.Russell Stevenson, 35, of Walesby Drive, Kirkby, destroyed a window. He has been fined £10 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and a surcharge of £30.Wieslaw Dabek, 42, of no fixed address, failed to leave Mansfield Station when asked to do by a constable. He was conditionally discharged for six months and told to pay a £20 surcharge.

Violence

Shane Wagstaff, 44, of no fixed address, assaulted a woman twice. He was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison. He was also issued an restraining order and must pay a victim surcharge of £115. Daniel Tyson, 24, of Third Avenue, Edwinstowe, assaulted a man. He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and pay £500 in compensation, £85 in costs and a £85 surcharge. Martin Webb, 50, of Lime Street, Sutton, assaulted a woman causing her actual bodily harm . He was given a 12-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, a restraining order and ordered to pay £300 compensation, a £115 surcharge and £300 costs. Kyle Allsop, 24, of Ashfield Road, Sutton, assaulted a woman and damaged property. He has been given a 16-week sentence, suspended for 18 months a programme of rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £165 compensation, costs of £300 and a surcharge of £115.

Theft

Charmaine Palmer, 32, of Laurel Avenue, Forest Town, stole food from Asda, Priestsic Road, Sutton, to the value of £191.99. She was given a community order with a rehabilitation requirement, fined £30 and told to pay costs of £85 and an £85 surcharge. Ricky Cross, 25, of Carter Lane, Mansfield has been sentenced to 44 weeks in prison for reoffending on two suspended sentences. Cross trespassed on a private office in Millbrook and stole a handbag which contained a prescription pad. He was also found in the possession of class B drug amphetamine. He also committed fraud by using a stolen credit card and also stole a sat-nav, two purses, a dashboard camera, a credit card and a necklace. He was ordered to pay compensation to the amount of £250.Benjamin Ross, 31, of Edward Street, Kirkby, stole 14 Toblerones to the value of £14. He was given a sentence of six weeks, suspended for 12 months. Ross must also pay a £115 surcharge. Scott Walker, 44, of Simpson Road, Mansfield, assaulted a woman and stole seven bottles of Jim Beam whiskey to the value of £133 from Morrisons, Sutton Road, Mansfield. Walker also stole clothes from Sports Direct to the value of £194.97. He also stole teddy bears to the value of £122.90 from Beales. He has been given a 18-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to pay £300 compensation.Lee Tranter, 30, of no fixed address, stole two bottles of aftershave to the value of £90 from Boots, Mansfield. He was ordered to pay £90 in compensation.
