Theft

Callum Anthony Jackson, 36, of Gladstone Street, Mansfield admitted he stole meat products to the value of £27.65 from Co-op stores. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £27.65 compensation and £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Kieron Jodi Millin, 38, of no fixed address admitted stealing a dash cam worth £290 from a female and a dash cam worth £120 from a male. Millin admitted breaching a restraining order and failing to produce a sample of saliva for a drugs test at Mansfield Police Station. He also admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements following release from prison. He was committed to prison for a total of 14 weeks, with £115 victim surcharge.

Luke Christopher Hall, 26, of Hawthorne Road, Pinxton was found guilty of assaulting a female by beating her. He was also found guilty of taking a vehicle without consent and damaging it. He pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and a license. A community order was made with a 30 day rehabilitation activity requirement and a 60 hours unpaid work requirement within the next 12 months. A restraining order was made. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 victim surcharge with £200 costs.

John Phillip Baxter, 44, of Stoneyford Road, Sutton admitted dishonestly receiving Camelot scratchcards to the value of £140. He also pleaded guilty to damaging a shop door window pane valued at £195 at Barrack News Post Office and stealing cigarettes and tobacco to the value of £700 from Nisa Store. He was sentenced to a total of 12 weeks imprisonment, with £115 victim surcharge.

Miscellaneous

Steven Alan Binch, 37, of Glenside, Kirkby, admitted unlawful possession of ammunition having in his possession a quantity of 12 bore shotgun cartridges. He also pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, cannabis and heroin. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and a 20 days rehabilitation requirement. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 with £115 victim surcharge.

Jason Colin McCann, 29, of Beechwood Court Sutton admitted to drunk and disorderly behaviour. He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Nicholas Vasile, 20, of The Hill Kirkby admitted interfering with a vehicle with the intention of theft. He also admitted failing to provide a specimen for drugs testing. It was committed during a suspended sentence order. he was committed to detention in a young offender institution for 21 days with £115 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Baltolomijk Antoszak, 28, of Glebe View Forest Town admitted driving with 112 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35 mcg. A community order was made with a 150 hours unpaid work requirement. He was fined £80 with £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for two years. A community order was made with an unpaid work requirement of 150 hours.

Charlie Smedley, 19, of Southwell Road West, admitted driving with 83 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £340 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £34. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Jenel Balanuta, 33, of Chaucer Street, Mansfield admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of driving over the alcohol limit. He was fined £350 with £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Gary Alan Mousley, 44, of Southwell close Kirkby pleaded guilty to having an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a snooker cue and a tac hammer. He was committed to prison for 26 weeks. There had been threats of serious violence and he had a record of a previous weapon offence. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Katie Hague, 27 of Common Road, Huthwaite admitted using threatening behaviour on two occasions. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge, with £85 costs.

Drugs

Lee Anthony Simrok, 36, of Derby Street, Mansfield admitted possession of a class B drug SF-MDMB-PINCA. He was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie George Wilson, 32, of Lindley Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to possession of amphetamine. He was discharged conditionally for nine months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dominic Elam, 25, of Charles Street Mansfield admitted breaching the community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence order varied by adding four more days to the original 10 day rehabilitation activity requirement.

Robert Lee Wood, 48, of Almond Riose Forest town admitted failing to comply with an anti-social behaviour direction by failing to leave Mansfield Town centre. He was fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
