Benjamin Paul Booth, 27, of Alpine Court Worksop admitted destroying atop worth £220 belonging to a female. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months wit £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Jamie Lee Kettle, 31, of Featherstone Avenue, Workop admitted driving while disqualified. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks with £115 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Ryan Spooner, 35, of White Avenue Langold admitted driving with 61mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £300 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

Breach

Thomas Clarkson, 31, of Barnes Court Retford, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a community protection order banning him from busking on Carolgate, Retford town centre. He was fined £40 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Sebasttian Wojnar, 43, of Duke Street Cresswell admitted breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order imposed by Mansfield Magistrates Court. A suspended sentence order was varied with 10 days added to mark the breach . He was committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 18 months.

Drugs

Jason Lee, 22, admitted driving with cocaine in his bloodstream. A community order was made with 80 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months.
