Breach

James Neil Hallsworth, 45, of Co Operative Street, Stanton Hill, admitted two counts of visiting addresses when prohibited by a restraining order and injuring the occupant. He was given a community order with 80 hours unpaid work and made to pay £170 in costs;

Lee Clowes, 31, of Stuart Street, Sutton, admitted failing to comply with a supervision order and was jailed for 14 days;

Adele Aneke, 41, of Robin Down Court, Kirkby, was jailed for 10 days of non-payment of fines worth £225 imposed in 2014.

Theft

Craig William Maltby, 30, of Percival Close, Sutton, admitted stealing food worth £6 from Aldi, perfume from Next worth £40 and was given a community order with 12 weeks electronic tag curfew requirement, made to pay £6 compensation and £85 costs;

Steven Gordon Hannah, 33, of Eakring Court, Mansfield, admitted stealing three bottles of aftershave from Boots in Mansfield and was given a community order, made to pay £156 compensation and £85 costs;

Mary McDonagh, 25, of Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield, admitted stealing a TV worth £349, a sound bar and DVDs worth £16 from Asda in Sutton, groceries from Asda in Forest Town, clothing from JD Sports in Mansfield, a handbag from Glamor Stall in Mansfield and a failing to surrender to custody. She and was given a community order, made to pay £365 in compensation;

Helen Ward, 32, of Tideswell Court, Mansfield, admitted two counts of stealing chocolate worth £44 from WH Smiths and was jailed or 20 weeks and six days;

Konstantins Perovs, 42, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield, admitted stealing lighter gas from Poundland, a memory card from Boots worth £80, razors worth £18 from Superdrug in Mansfield and failing to surrender to custody. He and was given a community order with 60 hours unpaid work and made to pay £249 in compensation in compensation and costs.

Violence

Jake Kyle Godber, 27, of Station Street, Kirkby, admitted causing a female harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, damaged her window and assaulted her. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, made to pay £100 compensation and made to pay £145 in costs;

Daniel Keith Cooke, 31, c/o Central Drive, Clipstone, admitted possessing three kitchen knives on Leeming Street, Mansfield, and was jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 month and made to pay £115 in costs;

Arron John Fryer, 23, of Second Avenue, Rainworth, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and assaulting another male. He was fined £200 and made to pay £105 in costs;

Lee Steven Wood, 31, of Sandalwood Drive, Kirkby, was found guilty after a trial of assaulting a female and a male and was given as community order with 240 hours of unpaid work, made to pay £75 compensation to each victim, and costs of £310;

Callum Dallman, 22, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting two police officers at Cricket Close in Kirkby and was jailed for 15 weeks after being subject to a conditional discharge for possession of cannabis and criminal damage among other charges. He was also made to pay £115 in costs;

Mark Richard Nolan, 46, of Stockwell Court, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a male, going equipped for theft after he was found to be possessing a torch, hat, gloves and screwdriver, and interfering with a Toyota. He was given a community order with 200 hours and made to pay £300 compensation;

Lee Thomas Roebuck, 24, of Rock Hill, Mansfield, admitted two counts of assaulting females, and criminal damage to picture frames. He and was given 24 weeks’ jail, suspended for 24 months and made to pay £200 in costs.

Drink Driving

Andrew Brian Prosser, 41, of Westfield Road, Kirkby, admitted having 80 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath while behind the wheel of a Rover. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. He was banned from driving for 18 months, fined £175 and made to pay £115 in costs and made to pay £20 costs.

Motoring

Warren Ashley Christer, 22, of Harrop White Road, Mansfield, admitted driving a Fiat without insurance, without a licence and no test certificate. He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £110 and made to pay £20 in costs;

Lee Broome, 45, of Southwell Road East, Rainworth, admitted driving a Vauxhall while using a mobile phone and was fined £165, given three penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Shane Russell Garland, 23, of Stepnall Heights, Boughton was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall without insurance and not wearing a seat belt. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Richard Parsons, 40, of Charnwood Street, Sutton, admitted driving a Mini at 68mph in a 50mph zone on the A38. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £300 and made to pay £115 in costs;

Viorel Paun, 38, of George Street, Mansfield Woodhouse, was found guilty of running a red light near St Peter’s Way, Mansfield, and was fined £220, given three penalty points and made to pay £107 in costs. The case was proved in his absence;

Paul Anthony Baker, 53, of Searby Road, Sutton, admitted driving a Ford Fiesta at 51mph in a 30mph on Eakring Road and was fined £70, given four penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Victoria Ann Law, 70, of South Avenue, Rainworth, admitted failing to identify the driver of a Hyundai alleged to have been guilty of an offence and was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Sean Thomas Appleby, 37, of Kirkby Folly Road, Sutton, admitted failing to identify the driver of Honda Civic alleged to have been speeding and was fined £120, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Gareth Dean Glaves, 24, of Turner Lane, Boughton, admitted driving a VW Golf without a licence and was banned from driving for seven days;

Jonathan Mark Hughes, 29, of Heather Way, Mansfield, admitted failing to identify the driver of a Nissan alleged to have been guilty of an offence and was fined £157, given six penalty points and made to pay £105 in costs;

Sylwester Robert Majer, 36, of Danvers Drive, Mansfield, admitted driving a Volvo at 63mph in a 30mph zone on Rosemary Street, Mansfield and was fined £300, given six penalty points and made to pay £115 in costs;

Nicola Winn, 33, of Station Lane, Farnsfield, was found guilty of driving a Peugeot 307 without insurance and a licence and was fined £660, given six penalty points and made to pay £151 in costs. The case was proved in her absence.

Drugs

Johnathan David Edwards, 27, of Third Avenue, Forest Town, admitting producing three cannabis plants and was given a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and made to pay £170 in costs.

Miscellaneous

Richard Greenwood, 29, of Bentinck Close, Boughton, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a female and two counts of resisting a police officer. He was given a community order with a six-month restraining order and made to pay £50 compensation and £170 in costs.
