Violence

Miss Jamie Louise Birch, 27, of Healdswood Street, Sutton was found guilty of assaulting a woman. She was committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months. The assault was in a public place in front of children. She has previous convictions for assault and the offence was committed whilst subject to suspended sentences for violent offences. She was ordered to comply with a 12 months rehabilitation activity requirement and issued with a restraining order. Birch was ordered to pay compensation of £300 and to pay a victim surcharge of £115, with costs of £320.

Shane David Pike, 34, of Walesby Lane New Ollerton pleaded guilty to assaulting two men by beating. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. It had been an unprovoked assault involving alcohol. He was given a 12 months supervision period with 12 weeks curfew order and electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250, victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

James Weir, 25, of Coral Crescent Warsop was found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him. A community order was made with a three month curfew with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay £150 compensation and costs of £620.

Craig Andrew Robinson, 21, of Laurel Avenue Church Warsop pleaded guilty to assaulting a man and damaging an iPhone to the value of £200. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £120 compensation with £85 costs.

Marcin Solowianiuk, 33, of Lawrence Avenue Mansfield Woodhouse admitted assaulting a woman . A community order was made with a 40 hours unpaid work requirement and a restraining order made with costs of £115 and victim surcharge of £85.

Breach

Robert William Storer, aged 41, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a supervision requirement imposed following release from prison in that he failed to attend on three occasions without explanation. He was committed to prison for 14 days.

Marcin Bartosz Bozalek, aged 25, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a tooth brush to the value of £60 from Wilkos, Mansfield. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing a PC in the execution of his duty and failing to comply with a community order. He was committed to a total of 26 weeks imprisonment.

Sean Patrick Reid, 36, of Westfield Drive, Mansfield pleaded guilty to stealing two garden lights, a torch and an LED strip light to the value of £44 from Asda. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £44 compensation, with costs of £85 and £20 victim surcharge.

Aiden Gardner, 18, of YMCA Commercial Gate, Mansfield admitted he stole electrical items worth £270. The offence was committed whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £270.

Alcohol

Caylum Lucas Bowman,19, of Stepnal Heights Boughton pleaded guilty to driving with 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath where the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £185 with a £30 victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Bryony Victoria Cann, 23, of Burns street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to driving with 84mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Liam Matthew Chapman, 24, of Oak Tree Lane Mansfield pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £40 with £10 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Jack Christopher Keeling, 19, of Mayfield Terrace, Warsop admitted being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £40 with a victim surcharge of £30.

Scott Jordan Kinta, 18, of YMCA Commercial Gate Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a man jointly with Christopher Smart. A community order was made with an 80 hours unpaid work requirement and he was ordered to pay 350 compensation and costs of £85.

Karl Roy Humphreys, 42, of Bilborough Road Mansfield admitted driving with 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, while disqualified and with no insurance. Humphreys was disqualified from driving for three years and a community order was made with a 100 hours work requirement.

Drugs

Bianca Jade Rowland, 22, of Cromwell Street, Mansfield admitted possession of class A drug cocaine. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Brassington, 49, of Briar Close Stanton Hill admitted being concerned in the production of class B drug cannabis by another. He was given a community order with a 12 week curfew and electronic monitoring, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Motoring

Lee Anthony Holehouse, 33, of Berry Hill Lane Mansfield admitted driving while using a hand held mobile phone. He was fined £90 with costs of £200.

Kyle Christopher Allen,28, of Cooperative street Stanton Hill admitted driving a car whilst unfit to drive through drugs, possession of class B drug amphetamine, driving without a license or insurance, driving a vehicle which had been unlawfully taken and driving it dangerously in a public place. He was committed to Nottingham Crown Court for sentencing on November 16, with an interim driving disqualification and conditional bail.

Daniel Lloyd Davies, 24, of Portland Street, Kirkby admitted driving without due care and attention, failing to stop after damaging another vehicle. He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for one month.

Adam Robert Clarke, 21, of Nuncargate road, Kirkby pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and driving without a license or insurance. He was committed to Nottingham Crown Court for sentence on November 10.

Miscellaneous

Martin James Dunn, 23, of George Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to sending threatening text messages to three different females. He was given a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 20 days. He was fined £50 and given a restraining order, with a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

Mitchell Charles William Lewis, 36 pleaded guilty to writing two offensive reviews on two separate Facebook pages for the Market Inn and wrote indecent messages on a Facebook page. He also admitted indirectly contacting a woman whilst prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. He was committed to prison for 26 years suspended for two years. The offence had been committed whilst subject to a court order. He was given a restraining order with £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Edwin Morely, 47, of Byron Road Annesley admitted using threatening behaviour towards a man. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Simon Paul Foster, 36, found guilty of failing to pay a fine of £932 imposed in June 2012. He was committed to prison for 28 days. The court found defendant had an income and failed to use it to pay the fine.

Darren Paul Taylor, 21, of Willowbridge Road Sutton admitted assisting in the disposal of a stolen go-kart valued at £600. He also pleaded guilty to driving an unregistered go-kart in a public place. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £200.
