Theft

Josh Webster, 21, of Marlborough Road Kirkby, admitted stealing a handbag and contents to a value unknown. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £270 compensation with £30 victim surcharge and £85.

Violence

Dean Anthony Lee, 35, of Bentinck Terrace Warsop admitted assaulting a male. He also pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a Grey BMW 1 series car. He was ordered to pay total compensation of £810 and was fined £175.

Daryl Kenneth Burton, 35, of Taylor Crescent Sutton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. He also pleaded guilty to possession of classs B drug amphetamine. He was ordered to comply with a rehabilitation requirement of 10 days and a 60 hours unpaid work requirement.

David Antony Marks, 23, of Richmond Road Kirkby pleaded guilty to driving an off-road motorbike dangerously. He also pleaded guilty to driving it without a license or insurance. He was committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months He was ordered to participate in an accredited programme for 30 days and a rehabilitation activity requirement, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Michael Dean Delaney, 29, of Verney Street New Houghton, pleaded guilty to interfering with 26 motor vehicles with the intention that an offence of theft should be committed. He was committed to prison for eight weeks, with victim surcharge of £115.

Jamie Peter Cooke, 32, of Leamington Drive Sutton, admitted driving while disqualified, without insurance or a licence. He was committed to prison for two weeks with victim surcharge of £115.

Shaun Francis Ashley, 50, of Langwith Road Bolsover admitted driving with 57 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, when the legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months with victim surcharge of £35 and costs of £85. He was fined £355.

Jospeh Lee Benstead, 24, of Lindhurst Lane, Mansfield admitted driving with 61 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £400 with victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85.

Joshua Michael Bennett McEwan, 27, of Park Street, Mansfield Woodhouse admitted driving with 72mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £260 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Miscellaneous

Kelly Jane Gamble, 26, of Milton Street Kirkby admitted having a BSA Scorpion Air rifle and using it for firing it from an address in Kirkby. She was fined £275 with £30 victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Daniel Watson, 30 of Park Avenue Kirkby pleaded guilty to possessing a BSA Scorpion air rifle without a firearm certificate and firing it from an address in Kirkby. He was fined £275 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

Darryl Evans, 52, of Main Road Kirkby pleaded guilty to making a false representation that he was not working pursuant to a request made under the Child Support Act 1991. He was fined £250 with a victim surcharge of £30.

Carly Louise Fletcher, 30, of Bolsover Street, Mansfield pleaded guilty to being drunk in a public place while in charge of a child under the age of seven. She also admitted assaulting three constables in the execution of their duty. A community order was made with an alcohol treatment requirement and an unpaid work requirement of 40 hours. She was ordered to pay a total of £350 compensation.

Drugs

Christopher Michael Kinsella 38, of Empire Street Mansfield pleaded guilty to failing to attend an initial assessment after a sample revealed class A drug Cocaine may be present in his body. He also pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. A community order was made with an alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days. He was fined £50 with victim surcharge of £85 and compensation of £100.

Kane Sykes, 22, of Sherwood Street Mansfield admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £90 with £30 victim surcharge.

Breach

Paul Anthony Godfrey, 51, of Chaucer Street Mansfield admitted breaching supervision requirements following release from prison. He was committed to prison for 14 days, with costs of £60.

Vasile Adrian Ignea, 30, of Leeming Lane South Mansfield Woodhouse admitted breaching a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend as instructed. He was committed to prison for eight weeks.

Paul Howells, 45, of North Avenue, Rainworth pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order prohibiting him from attending an address. It was the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days. There were costs of £85 with £85 victim surcharge.
