Violence

Amanda Gamblin, 43, of Harrop White Road was found guilty of assaulting a pc in the execution of his duty. She was also found guilty of assaulting a male; behaving in a violent manner and attempting to assault a police officer at Mansfield Poice Station. The offences were carried out during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court. She was committed to prison for a total of 30 weeks, ordered to pay compensation totalling £150. A criminal behaviour order was made for three years.

Natasha Sharp, 25, of Mansfield Road Annesley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a female. She was ordered to pay compensation of £250 and costs of £85.

Gary Pearson, 47, of Perlethorpe Avenue Maden Vale, admitted assaulting a police support officer, damaging a microphone belonging to Nottinghamshire Police and possession of controlled drug mamba. A community order was made with an alcohol treatment order for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and compensation of £85.

Lee Spencer, 37, of Brand Lane, Sutton admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He also admitted driving without a licence and possession of cocaine and admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement , victim surcharge of £85 and compensation of £100.

Charlene Dorothy Kerr, 37, of Welbeck Street Mansfield stole a pie, cosmetics, glue a colouring book and pencil case worth £17 from Asda. She was fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Leroy William Krygier, 43, of Barrow Hill Walk Mansfield, stole alcohol and milk to the value of £23 belonging to Tesco stores. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100.

Simon Wayne Foulkes, 36, of Edingley Avenue Mansfield, pleaded guilty to stealing fragrances worth £150 from Boots. He was committed to prison for a total of 28 days susepended for 12 months and to pay £150 compensation.

Ashleigh Craig Hall, 35, of Beighton Street Sutton, admitted stealing two bottles of Grants whiskey to the value of £20.98 from B&M Bargains; air fresheners worth £50 and Lynx Deodorant valued at £75 from Wilkinsons Stores. He also admitted possession of synthetic cannabinoids. He was committed to prison for a total of six weeks.

James Henry Drenn Lee, 49, of Dunsil Road Mansfield Woodhouse pleaded guilty to stealing a large quantity of goods to the value of £235.03 belonging to Tesco stores. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Steven Bowler, 32, of Elder Street Skegby was found guilty of entering as a trespasser and stealing several boxes of household items to a value unknown. He pleaded guilty to stealing eight Yankee Candles 22 air fresheners, three CDs to the value of £185 from ASDA. He was committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. A curfew requirement for 12 weeks was imposed with electronic monitoring.

Debra Louise Timms, 36, of Gladstone Street Mansfield pleaded guilty to having a kitchen knife in a public place without good reason. She was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 20 days and an unpaid work requirement of 80 hours within the next 12 months. She was ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge with £85 costs.

Peter Hind, 47, of Wood Lane Church Warsop admitted damaging a door valued at £100 belonging to a female. He also admitted to failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Richard David Pettiford, 39, was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. She was fined £100 and ordered to fund victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £150.

Callum Leonard Docherty 23, of Maltby Road, Mansfield admitted driving with a controlled drug Benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream exceeding the specified limit. He also admitted driving with controlled drug Delta9Tetrahydrocannabinol above the legal limit in his bloodstream. He pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days with 80 hours unpaid work requirement of 80 hours. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, with victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Thomas James Cameron, 25, of Budby Crescent Meden Vale admitted driving with controlled drug Delta9Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood above the legal limit. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also found guilty of possession of cannabis for which he was fined £80.

Richard Joseph Michael Diggin, 26, of Stonehills Way Sutton, admitted driving with 96 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg. He also pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £850 with £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alison Wallace, 52, of Wildflower Grove Sutton admitted driving with 83mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £265 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Dean Ward, 30, of Sutton Road Kirkby admitted driving with controlled drug delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his bloodstream. He was fined £300 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Louise Marie Wilkinson, 42, of Terrace Lane Pleasley admitted driving with 44 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £400 with £85 costs and £40 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Atis Ansevics, 32, of Harby Avenue Sutton, admitted driving with 120 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Nathan Goldsbrough, 24, of Brick Kiln Lane Mansfield admitted driving while disqualified. He was committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months with victim surcharge of £115 and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Threats

Michelle Dargue, 38, of Chesterfield Road, Mansfield pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. She was fined £60 with £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

David Bancroft, 38, of Nursery Court Mansfield was found guilty of making a threatening telephone call to a female. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and a restraining order made, with victim surcharge of £20 and £400 costs.

Scott Walker, 45, of Kiklington Road Rainworth admitted using threatening behaviour towards a male and failing to surrender to bail at Mansfield Magistrates’ court. He was fined £50 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs

Reece Christian Fancis-Wint, 18, of Newgate Lane Mansfield pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Maxsim Gaidamovic, 34, of Newport Crescent Mansfield admitted possession of controlled drug amphetamine. He was fined £160 with £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

Lee James Tranter, 30, of Corporation Street Mansfield pleaded guilty to possession of amphetamine. He also admitted stealing a Bluetooth sound bar worth £29.99 from B&M. He also admitted having a lock knife in a public place without good reason. Offences committed whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. A community order was made with a drug rehabilitation requirement and victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days.
