Violence

Matthew Leslie Billington, 42, of St Michael’s Street Sutton pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £90 and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Adrian Richard George Lewis, 35, of Sherwood Street Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a male by beating. He was fined £50 with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Martin Lee Slack, 27, of Goodacre Street Mansfield admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £252 with compensation of £150 costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30.

Theft

Andrew James Crowe, 31, of Rosemary Street Mansfield admitted stealing sweets to the value of £1 from B&M Stores. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge.

Adam Rowley, 36, of Lawrence Avenue, Kirkby admitted stealing meat and baby products from Southwell green Service Station. He was found guilty of driving whilst disqualified. He also admitted possessing an offensive weapon, a knife. He was committed to prison for a total of 14 weeks suspended for 12 months with £105 compensation and disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was ordered to comply with a 12 months drug rehabilitation requirement.

Natasha June Taylor, 30, of Kingfisher Way Sutton pleaded guilty to stealing cosmetics of value unknown from Bargain Booze. She was fined £40 with £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Miscellaneous

David Norman Parker,50, of Elderfield Drive Sutton was found guilty of non payment of a fine of £480 imposed by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to custody for 14 days suspended.

Mark Anthony Radford, 57, of Brookland Avenue Mansfield, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour. He also admitted entering a restaurant from which he was prevented by a criminal behaviour order. He pleaded guilty to dishonestly making off without paying at Chiquitos on Park Lane, Mansfield. It was the commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Nocola Jane Wright, 46, of The Twitchell Sutton admitted damaging a Audi Rs5 VRM to the value of more than £5,000. She was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, with £85 costs and £115 victim surcharge. A community order was made with a 12 months rehabilitation activity requirement.

Irmantas Zetlavicius, 31, of Breck Bank Crescent, Ollerton pleaded guilty to committing fraud by sending a counterfeit Lithuanian driving licence to the DVLA to exchange for a GB one. A community order was made with an 80 hours unpaid work requirement, victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Motoring

Dale Garry Hartley, 37, of Hamilton Drive Warsop, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for tests in connection with motoring offences. He was fined £200 with £30 victim surcharge.

Liam Theakstone, 24, admitted driving with 51 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £400 with £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Graham Mendham, 61, of The Fairways Mansfield Woodhouse pleaded guilty to driving with 91mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months. a community order was made with a 14 day drink impaired driver programme. He was fined £300 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £85.

Patrick Ross Allan, 35, of Birds Lane, Kirkby was found guilty of driving without insurance. He was fined £180 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £100.

Benjamin John Jones, 29, o Stoke Lane Gedling admitted driving without due care and attention. He also pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine and diving with cocaine in his blood. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £100 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Peter Floyde, 56, of Audrey Crescent Mansfield Woodhouse admitted driving with 70 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £404 with victim surcharge of £40 and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Robert Spedding, 64, of Baums Lane, Mansfield admitted driving with 51 mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Slawomir Stapor, 46, of Jellicoe Street, Mansfield Woodhouse admitted driving after consuming alcohol to more than the prescribed limit. He was disqualified from driving for two years and a community order was made with 100 hours unpaid work requirement, a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £100. Her license was endorsed with 10 points.

Poppy Eltringham, 19, of Edgar Avenue was found guilty of being in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit to drive through drink. She was also found guilty of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. A community order was made with a requirement to participate in a drink impaired drivers programme for 30 days. She was fined £200 with victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £300.

Christopher Slatcher, 51, of Princess Avenue, Warsop admitted driving with 73mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months and fined £120 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £300.

Drugs

Christopher Matthew Norton, 28, of Newgate Lane, Mansfield pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £90 with costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £30 and his licence endorsed with 10 points.

Breach

Michael James Gilbert, 27, of Victoria Street, Stanton Hill admitted breaching supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. He was committed to prison for 14 days.

Tallon William Cecil Bladen, 30, of Alder Grove Ollerton admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. He was committed to prison for 14 days.

Luke John Evans, 30, of Langham Place Mansfield admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. A community order was made with a six weeks curfew requirement with electronic monitoring.

Clint George Pickering, 35, of Poplar Street, Mansfield Woodhouse admitted breaching supervision requirements following imprisonment. He was committed to prison for 10 days.

Threats

Craig Keith Payne, 29, of Sanderling Way Forest Town pleaded guilty to threatening unlawful violence. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, with victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Timothy Clifford Rice, 27, of Barker Avenue Sutton pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and 100 hours unpaid work requirement and victim surcharge of £85, with costs of £85.

Wayne Benger, 43, of Albion Street, Mansfield, was found guilty of using threatening behaviour which was racially aggravated. He was fined £286 and ordered to pay compensation of £300, with costs of £300 and victim surcharge of £30.
