Violence

Morgan Matthew Matveev, 20, of Orchid Drive Sutton, admitted assaulting a male by beating. He also admitted attempting to steal a Ford Kuga Car. He was fined £84 with compensation of £100 and victim surcharge of £30 with £85 costs.

Tina Baugh, 55, of Darlton Street, Mansfield admitted assaulting a male. She was fined £120 with £100 compensation and £30 victim surcharge, with £85 costs.

Craig Siggee, 25, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield pleaded guilty to assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty, using threatening behaviour towards a PC and possessing cannabis. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months and was given an eight months curfew with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay compensation of £100 with £115 victim surcharge.

Sharon Louise Dennington, 41, of Pelham Street, Mansfield, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty. She also admitted acing in an antisocial manner whilst prohibited by a criminal behaviour order and assaulting a detention officer at Mansfield Police Station. Offences were committed while a community order for the same offence was in force. she was committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks and a community order was made with an alcohol treatment requirement. She was ordered to pay £50 compensation to each of the complainants.

Toby James Brown, 26, of Fackley Road, Sutton admitted assaulting a female by beating her. He was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 24 months with £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Theft

Wendy Wilson, 63, of Forest Close, Selston admitted stealing garden plants belonging to Jacksdale Garden Centre. She was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Timothy Andrew Wormall, 39, of Eckington Walk, Mansfield admitted stealing food items valued at £79.16 from ASDA. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Karl Hanifin, 33, of Dove Croft Ollerton pleaded guilty to stealing a Phillips shaver to the value of £55 belonging to Tesco Stores. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. The offence was made while a community order made by Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ court was in force. He was committed to prison for a total of 18 weeks with £115 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Darren Mitchell, 39, of Savile Road Bilsthorpe admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle while over the limit. He also pleaded guilty to assaulting a PC in the execution of his duty. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work requirement of 40 hours within the next 12 months. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

Brianny Jade Leivers, 18, of Mansfield Road Clipstone, admitted driving with 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35 mcg. She also admitted driving the BMW series 1 vehicle without insurance or a driving license. She was disqualified from holding a licence for 21 months and fined £150 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark James Kirk, 38, of Northfield Park Mansfield Woodhouse admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis while suspected of driving over the legal limit. A community order was made with a 100 hours unpaid work requirement and £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Shelly Egginton, 21, of Muschamp Terrace Warsop pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of driving over the legal limit. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £300 with £30 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Frank Legge, 26, of Harris Road, Kirkby admitted driving with 40mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath and without insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £200 with £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Miscellaneous

Richard Lovelace, 57, of Whitegates Way Huthwaite, admitted sending emails which were grossly offensive to a female. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days and an unpaid work requirement of 80 hours within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £250, with £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Breach

Paul Anthony Purvis, 38, of Whinney Lane Ollerton pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order imposed by Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. A community order was made with a 40 hours unpaid work requirement within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

Aaron McCallum, 32, of Acorn View Kirkby admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Mansfield Magistrates’ court. He was fined £40 with £60 costs.

Ashley Dobb, 25, of Jackson Terrace Meden Vale admitted breaching a restraining order. The restraining order made by Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court not to contact a specific female was varied to indefinite. A community order was made and a 12 week curfew requirement with electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 with £85 costs.

Kelly Gregory, 38, of Winkburn Road, Mansfield, admitted using threatening behaviour at Mansfield Town FC which was racially aggravated. She was fined £80 with £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. a football banning order was made for three years.

Drugs

Richard Anthony Wright, 33, of Jephson Road, Sutton admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis and synthetic cannabis, both class B drugs. A community order was made with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 10 days. He was fined £100, with £85 victim surcharge.
