Guests were able to see exhibitions of students’ work, some of which were interactive and learners were on-hand to talk to guests about their projects and how they’ve succeeded on their programmes of study.

Musical theatre students took to the stage to deliver their performance of Here Come The Girls – which showcased well-known songs and scenes from contemporary musical theatre shows.

The exhibition evening launched the start of a week-long programme where members of the publicwere able to visit the college to see the students’ work for themselves.

Head of creative industries and digital technologies, Steve McAlone, said: “The festival is the culmination of the vision and talent of our students and we’re proud of their success within their chosen art.
