Pub raises cash for school toys

A charity attraction held at The Sir John Cockle pub in Mansfield raised more than £500 for the Fountaindale Special Needs School.

The event, held at the Sutton Road pub, raised a total of £575.

The money will be used for buying special toys for the children at the school.

The pub’s next charity fun day will be held on Sunday October 18, from 2pm to 8pm and will be raising money for Gains and GBS.
